Update 8/30/2025 - The beach ramp is up and available for use (after Hurricane Milton from fall 2024). Check out this amazing condo in a private 7-story building with only 26 total units. The open floor plan and balcony overlooking the ocean makes it an ideal getaway for families and couples that want a tranquil vacation rental.

Come enjoy this great condo with amazing sunrise and ocean views, free wifi and some extra beach amenities to help you enjoy your beachfront rental. This condo has everything, and the only thing you’ll need to pack is your clothes!

• Breath-taking views of the ocean from a large balcony with plenty of seating

• Family-friendly building amenities (pool, spa/jacuzzi, work-out room, pool table)

• Fully stocked kitchen, large dining room table with seating for 6 (plus folding card table), comfortable living room seating

• Keyless entry in a secure building

• Smart TV with cable in each room

• Assortments of books, puzzles and board and card games available for your entertainment.

• Garage parking includes luggage cart and two shopping carts available for guest use.

This rental easily has enough room for a large family with almost 2000 square feet of living space. It is also well suited for elderly guests or anyone that has trouble with stairs as you can access the condo from the parking lot with no stairs.

We will not rent to groups under the age of 30.

No bachelor/bachelorette parties, or loud parties of any sort.

No pets allowed

No smoking anywhere indoors. Smoking permitted on balcony if glass doors closed. (Otherwise, additional cleaning fee will be assessed.)

Only one reserved parking spot in guest available to renters. Please make alternative arrangements if you have more than one car.


Interaction with Guests: We are available as needed. We are a 75 minute drive away in Central Florida, but ready to address any of your needs.

March in Daytona Beach Shores

The property was very well supplied, clean , accessible to beach and pool area. Enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony and we were able to watch three launches from the Kennedy Space Center. So many highlights to this trip, we had a wonderful time! We would definitely consider staying again!

Sunrise & Serenity

Perfect location - easy access to the beach and close to many great restaurants and places to visit. The condo was immaculate and comfortable. Our host had games for indoor play and everything you might need for a day at the beach. Covered parking was a big plus. Our host was great to work with! We hope to visit again!

Stunning oceanfront condo

This 3 bedroom condo has amazing view of the ocean. The unit is super clean, well furnished/maintained and has everything you need for a great stay. The check-in process is very easy. Winter Getaway

Sunrise and Serenity is a perfect condo for a winter getaway on the beach. Sheryl was always available if we had any questions. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need. Coffee on the balcony is a great way to start your day, We were also lucky to see the SpaceX launch from the balcony. The pool area was very relaxing (we were usually the only ones down there). Condo is close to many great restaurants. Hope to return next winter.

Fabulous beach property with magnificent host.

This 3-bedroom beachfront rental is just gorgeous. Everything was perfect. It is a large, comfortable home away from home on the shore. The property description and pictures were accurate. The host was responsive. Communication was timely. She kept in touch throughout the process regarding the beach recovery. The sunrise from the balcony is not to be missed.

Great Condo

Really enjoyed my stay here. Check in went very smoothly, in fact Sheryl met me there on the day of my arrival to show me around. The condo itself was roomy and clean and really has everything you need, either in the condo or the parking garage, for beach outings. Sheryl responded quickly to any questions and is obviously intent on insuring her guests enjoy their stay. While I met some really nice people there, Susan the condo manager is particularly friendly and welcoming. In fact she organized a Super Bowl party and hosts a coffee break every Thursday. Can’t go wrong with this property.

Look no further because you have found the best!!! My wife and I have rented many beach homes over the past 20 years and Sunrise & Serenity is absolutely the best. It is obvious upon entry that Sheryl has worked very hard to make sure every possible detail has been prepared perfectly for your stay. You will love this beautiful and spotlessly clean new condo!!! And the soo comfortable deck furniture, that overlook the breathtaking views of sunrises on the beach.

Everything I could want

My husband & I stayed here for 2 weeks. My daughter came down for 3 days. We all had a very relaxing, great time. The view is spectacular but what made it extra special was our host, Sheryl. She had her beautiful 3 bedroom condo stocked with everything you could imagine. She was great with communication, also. Serenity is a perfect name for this condo. I have absolutely no complaints. The fitness room was great & we played some games of pool, also. The pool was wonderful & everything was clean & well taken care of. Thank you Sheryll for what is probably the best experience we've had with vacation rentals.

Great place to stay

What a wonderful place to stay! I can't begin to explain how accommomdating Sheryl was for us. I'm disabled and had questions about the condo that she promptly answered prior to our trip and then once we got there she did everything she could to help us in every possible way. Our party included myself, my daughter and son-in-law and 5 year old twins and a 4 year old. The condo was large enough to comfortably handle all of us. The entire building was neat and clean. The pool was clean and just right for the kids. Deep end is 5 foot deep. I strongly recommend this place for your vacation. You won't be sorry.

Fantastic Vacation Home

Condo was perfect, tastefully decorated, excellent amenities, and the kitchen knives even have their own sheathes! Exceptional view of Space-X launches from the balcony. Sheryl was helpful in every way imaginable. Communication with her was effortless. She has thought of everything from awesome night lights (my husband is ordering them now) to lamps with electrical plugs and usb ports in the bases. She has forgotten nothing. Everything in the condo is geared to make you feel at home. Before bringing anything from home, be sure to ask Sheryl first because she will probably already have it. Arrival and access to the condo was effortless.

A wonderful place to stay with a miraculous view of the ocean.

My sister and I and our children stayed at this beautiful condo on the beach for 2 weeks. This condo is a little piece of heaven on earth. Everything is laid out about everything in the condo. Sheryl accommodated us on everything we needed and extras. We got to watch rockets being launched at various times of our stay. We even saw dolphins many times while on the balcony. We would definitely be back if it is available in the future. Our only drawback about the stay was that the way to the ocean on the property wasn’t repaired so we had to walk down passed another building and enter the beach where the public enters. They are getting ready to repair it so it should be available soon. They do have quiet hours that start after 9:00 pm. each night. Love this location!!!!

Amazing Stay at Sunrise & Serenity!!!

We had an amazing two weeks in the condo and on the beach. The views are spectacular and the condo is everything you could want! We loved being able to wake up and enjoy the sunrise from the balcony. Everything in the condo was exactly as advertised and Sheryl did an amazing job of having everything laid out ahead of time so there were no surprises with door codes or access issues throughout the building. The condo has plenty of space for all of your "stuff" although you don't need to bring much extra as just about everything you might want is already there. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived and Sheryl was very responsive and even proactive to any of needs or questions before and during our stay. During our stay Sherly let us know about an upcoming rocket launch and we were able to watch it from the beach. SpaceX was also having a night launch two days later and went down to Space View Park in Titusville to watch that one as well. That was an amazing experience and highly recommend the 45 minute drive if you have the same opportunity during your stay. We loved our trip to Daytona and look forward to staying in Sunrise & Serenity on future trips back to the beach!!!

A Wonderful Place to Stay – WOW!

My partner and I had an extraordinary three-week stay. Our two children, along with their partners and a 14-month-old baby, joined us for ten days. From the very first day, we felt completely at home.The place is peaceful, the owners are kind and welcoming, and we finally found the kind of retreat we had been searching for. Inside and out, the condo is immaculate—everything is thoughtfully and tastefully arranged.Sheryl is a caring and organized host. She made everything easy, with a smooth check-in process and clear instructions. It was the first time I’d ever seen such a detailed guide on how everything works in a rental—very impressive!We’ve been coming to Florida for over ten years, and this is by far one of the best places we've stayed. There’s nothing missing—it’s truly amazing. The spacious balcony has comfortable chairs, the living room is cozy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with more tools and gadgets than we have at home!The building is perfectly located: the beach is spectacular, and you get an ocean view from almost every room in the condo.We enjoyed the place and the local people so much that I’m seriously considering buying a condo in this building.There’s so much more I could say, but I’ll just leave it at this: I give it a perfect 10/10. We had a great experience! Lovely new condo, smaller building, well maintained. Everything available for meals, beaching and relaxing. Highly recommend!

My husband and I will turn 55 in 2025, and we bought this property as a future retirement home. We moved to Central Florida from New Jersey in 2013, to escape the cold winters. We love the Florida area so much and have no regrets! I work for a major defense contractor, building the products for the fine men and women of the armed services who keep our country safe every day. My husband is a teacher, who became a vice principal, then went back to the classroom to pursue his true passion/strength. We have four adult children and one grandbaby, and we are looking forward to our golden years.

Why they chose this property

I bought this condo after searching through all of 2021. I was so happy to find this gem in a competitive real estate market during the pandemic. I chose this property due to the space that it offers our family, that I hope will expand with grandchildren after we retire. After staying in an oceanfront property over Christmas of 2020, I had my heart set on getting one of our own.

What makes this property unique

While I was initially nervous about buying in Daytona (as I used to think of Daytona as a party-town), I like the seclusion that Daytona Beach Shores offers. I love the fact that the water is only steps away from the building, and I love the colors of both sunrise and sunset over the ocean. I also love the size of the building...only 7 floors high with just 26 units.
