In die Jahre gekommenes Studio, Wasserhahn war defekt. Keine Handtücher, Küchentücher, kein Badvorleger, kein Küschenschwamm für die Töpfe. Schöne Ausblick auf das Meer. Wäre das Studio renoviert, wäre es ein Schätzchen .

Nicht wieder!

Wir haben Ende Juni zum wiederholten Male in Bredene im Residentie Astrid Urlaub gemacht. Dieses Appartement war das Schlechteste von allen, das wir bisher gebucht haben. Die Einrichtung und Deko ist alt, das Geschirr ist von billigster Ausführung. Aber gruselig war das Bett. Die Matratze ist uneben. Es quietscht und knarrt bei jeder Bewegung und die Metallspiralen drücken sich durch die Polsterung in die Haut. Morgens tun einem die Knochen weh! Erholung sieht wirklich anders aus.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Das Mobiliar ist wohl aus den 1980er. Die Tapete ist genau so alt. Es roch unangenehm nach Zigarettenrauch. Die Schiebetür war nicht dicht. Die Stühle waren sehr unbequem. Das Bett quietsche bei jeder Bewegung. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft eine Frechheit.

Die zwischen Reinigung der Gäste ist mangelhaft und die Gäste würden nicht überprüft ob sie Schaden gemeldet haben ,wir haben an der Fernbedienung vom TV ein fehlende Abdeckung an der baterie festgestellt und es sofort gemeldet ,darum wünsche ich mir eine direkte kontrole aus zu führen über der Zustand der Zimmer, auch haben die Gäste am Tisch kratzen hinterlassen die mann in der zwischen reinigungen gut feststellen können ,somit ist die Reinigung gleich Null.......

Bel appartement, mais...

L'appartement est très correcte, propre, avec une belle vue sur la mer. Le gros point négatif de celui-ci, c'est la literie. En effet, très mauvais matelas, dans lequel on s'enfonce littéralement, et un lit qui grince à chaque mouvement. Dans ces conditions, impossible de passer une nuit correcte et reposante. Un sérieux changement à ce niveau serait à effectuer. C'est la seule raison qui fait que je note cet appartement moyen. C'est ma seule déception.

Logement fonctionnel mais parking payant

Bon séjour excepté avec l'agence interhome sur place plutôt incompétente qui a refusé de nous accorder une place de parking au pied de l'immeuble d'où l'obligation de payer le parking plus loin soit 30 euros la journée ou abonnement et ne nous ont pas prévenu qu'un marché se tenait dessus. Aucune pancarte. Notre voiture a du être emmenée à la fourrière à Ostende.... Quand on leur a dit, ils ont rigolé... Studio vec belle vue, belle promenade, divan bancal, logement fonctionnel, carreaux sales...

Op zoek naar rust in mijn hoofd

Een beetje verouderde maar propere studio. Voor oudere alleenstaanden is het bad wat moeilijk om in- en uit te stappen en ook het zetelbed was eventjes zoeken om terug in elkaar te schuiven maar er is ook een verrijd- baar eenpersoonsbed aanwezig wat ik niet gebruikt heb.Jammer is wel dat er geen wifi aanwezig is, toch niet onbelangrijk voor mensen die alleenstaande zijn. Ik heb alleszins genoten van de afleiding nadat mijn echtgenoot een paar maanden geleden is overleden.Mooi zeezicht

Die Schlafcouch war leider schon durchgelegen und unbequem und hat immer gequietscht. Aber der Rest war alles super und sauber , die Menschen im Haus waren sehr nett. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. :-)

Einfach aber für eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag okay

Das Zimmer sieht tatsächlich genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick vom 7. Stock aufs Meer ist super. Das Gebäude an sich ist völlig in Ordnung. Wir hatten uns eine Matratze mitgebracht was wirklich eine kluge Entscheidung war, die Schlafcouch war echt nicht schön und bequem auch nicht. In der Wohnung gab es mehrere "Schönheitsmängel" welche Interhome sehr freundlich entgegen genommen hat. Der Preis von 49€ ist durch die Lage gerechtfertigt, nicht durch die Fewo an sich. Die Tram ist direkt hinter dem Haus, das Meer auch und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Endreinigung ist alles nicht im Preis enthalten was die Sache insgesamt deutlich teurer macht. Manko ist, dass man keinen Parkplatz vorm Haus hat und die , die es gibt sind auch sehr teuer um das Haus herum, man kann allerdings an der Hauptstraße umsonst parken. Der Kontakt zu Interhome war sehr freundlich und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Alles in einem ist Bredene super um einfach mal runterzukommen. In Bredene selbst ist wenig los, dafür geht es aber mit der Tram sehr schnell und auch kostengünstig in alle umliegenden Aktivitäten.
