The small cottage by the stream

My holiday home is in a quiet location, slightly hidden on a small stream.
The house was completely renovated in 2013 and was comfortably and invitingly furnished with great attention to detail. Equipped with 2 bedrooms (1.60 mtr beds), a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine (tabs are ready for you), washing machine with dryer and ceramic hob, as well as a small shower room and a cozy living room with access to the terrace.
Spend a varied short break in Germany's oldest city - and look forward to "coming home" to your own little empire.
It left nothing to be desired. The beds are covered with fresh white bed linen on arrival, towels are ready for you.
Trier Pallien is a cozy street village that has retained the characteristic building structure to this day. The district of Alt-Pallien lies at the level of the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Brücke at the mouth of the Sirzenicher Bach. It captivates with its cozy little alleys and the typical narrow buildings with romantic flair that were preserved in the year of construction. Nestled comfortably between sandstone cliffs and the left side of the Moselle opposite the city center.
Trier-West has a good infrastructure, all shops for daily needs are easy to reach. There is a good bus connection to Trier city center. The bus stop is within walking distance.

Small, but perfectly formed

We stayed in the house for five days of working in Trier, leaving in the morning and returning at night. The house is very well situated as to closeness to the downtown of Trier, and it is quiet. Everything was well appointed and sparkingly clean.

Die Wohnung war für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern vollkommen ausreichend. Sie ist sehr gut gelegen an der Mosel. Perfekt um schnell zum Wandern zu kommen und nur knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Römer in Augenschein nehmen zu können.

Kleiner huis op ongeveer 2 km van Altstad Trier. Omdat het erg warm was, was het voor onze hond minder geschikt. Er is bijna geen groen/schaduw in de omgeving. Behalve een zijpad omhoog, langs de beek.Het huisje zelf, en de communicatie met Tina was goed.

Kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung an der Mosel. Mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Kontakt war freundlich und schnell. Parkmöglichkeiten ausbaufähig aber möglich. Alles in allem zu empfehlen. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes mal.

Unser Aufenthalt mit 3 Erwachsenen war sehr abenteuerlich. Es ist alles sehr eng aber schön eingerichtet. Ich hätte mir mehr Ablageflächen gewünscht. Beim Esstisch war keine Lampe nur ein kleines Dekolicht das nichts bringt. Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich. Für eine Woche war es ok. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft. Mein Mann hatte leider etwas Probleme mit der Deckenhöhe, besonders auf der Treppe, aber 2m ist ja nicht die normale Körpergröße. 😄 Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. 👍

Wochenende mit Freundinnen

Wir haben zu viert ein verlângertes Wochenende hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Klein und fein, wie beschrieben! Lage ist für Unternehmungen prima, Bushaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke - auch zu Fuß war es für uns in die Stadt kein Problem. Also 👍!

Charmante Wohnung, Sauberkeit OK

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Stadt ist, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, in ca. 15 min zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit sehr viel Charme. Hier und da ein paar Spinnenweben und Staub, was ich persönlich nicht schlimm fand. Möbel auf dem Balkon könnten erneuert werden. Schlüsselübergabe durch Tresor, also sehr unkompliziert. Gastgeberin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich würde wieder kommen :)

Die Lage ist top auch mit der Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Leider war die Wohnung verwohnt. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein und nichts für große Leute.

Charmantes Häuschen

Wir waren zum zweite Mal in diesem Haus und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Tatsächlich, das Haus hat viel Charme. Die Lage ist ganz besonders. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, darauf muss man sich einlassen. Für die Sauberkeit vergebe ich eine 2-3. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat stets gut funktioniert.

Schön, aber Gewöhnungsbedürftig

Das finden der Ferienwohnung ist wie eine Schnitzeljagd. Eine bessere Kennzeichnung direkt an der Straße wäre wünschenswert. Liegt tiefer als die Straße, daher schlecht einzusehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, wie auch schon von Vormietern beschrieben. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. In einem Schlafzimmer lagen alte Socken unterm Bett. Das Badezimmer hat eine Größe, die nicht für die alltägliche Körperpflege geeignet ist. Selbst das einfache Händewaschen wird zum Problem. Die Dusche ist für große und korpulente Menschen nicht geeignet. Die Toilette ist für normal Große Menschen nur schräg sitzend zu nutzen. Dies alles wurde aber schon von Vornutzern geschrieben. Bei der Ausstattung hätte man sich eine Mikrowelle und eine normale Filterkaffeemaschine gewünscht. Für E-Bike Nutzer die hier ihren Startpunkt setzen möchten, gibt es einen wichtigen Hinweis. Für die Bikes gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Fahrräder abzustellen und entsprechend anzuketten, wie es manche Versicherungen vorgeben. Ansonsten eine kleine gemütlcihe Wohnung.
