Beachfront Classic Florida Family Home

Amazing, Instagram worthy, ocean front views directly on the beach! Walk out the door & into the sand to a very large private yard with a picnic table, lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs too.

Newly renovated kitchen with every item you may need for cooking and serving.
A breakfast area is off the kitchen and leads into a dining area and a large living room. A smart TV and comfortable sectional couches are great for relaxing and viewing the beach through big picture windows.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom Description
Room 1: king bed, flat screen smart TV
Room 2: TWO full beds
Room 3: Queen bed
Room 4: Queen bed (must walk through room 3 to access)
Upstairs Hall Nook: one twin bed (for overflow sleeping or a fun place for the kids to snuggle up with a book)
The upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Private outdoor shower on the side of the house, for a quick rinse off or a full outdoor enclosed shower! Small dressing rooms on either side, for bathing suit change or dry off and get dressed for the rest of your day.

Full sized washer and dryer, as well as a full sized spare refrigerator can be found in the garage, along with a half bath and a Tesla charger.
Provided for you:
- All linens, including bath towels, beach towels and bedding
- Beach chairs
- Beach sand toys
- Kitchen necessities (toaster, drip coffee machine, blender, juicer, bar-ware)
- Children’s plates, cups, bowls and utensils

This is an excellent location to stay. It was nice that any of us could walk right in the beach anytime but also felt safe enough for the kids to stay in the house also. Fantastic communication with the owner!!!

Fantastic place to stay!!

I stayed here on a family trip and we loved the property. It had great amenities and a fantastic view. It is right on the beach so you can walk out the back door and you are at the ocean. The property owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend.

Pink house at Indian rocks

Our family of 4 had a great time at this home. It was everything we needed to unwind and disconnect. Right on the beach, meaning we could watch the waves all day from the house if we wanted. Would definitely go back. The owner is kind and responsive. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Adorable Pink House

This house is older but has so much character. Loved the natural look and trees in the back. Such a great place to hangout when wanting to take a break from the sun and still a great beach view.

Great stay

Amazing location, close to everything, walked right out to the beach. I was aware of the one bathroom from other reviews and it wasn’t a big deal. We were glad there was another in the garage. Favorite part was how well stocked the house was with toys for the kids, plenty of chairs and lots of extras.

Very cute, older beach house. If renting bring your own paper towels and tissues. 2 teeny tiny bathrooms, but overall a great rental experience. Home is adorable.

The pink house

We go to this beach regularly but when we decided to have friends in town we needed a larger place. Kitchen was great and easy to cook breakfast for our large group. We grilled our one night as well. This beach is beautiful and never that crowded.

BEST BEACH HOUSE

This is the best beach house around Indian Shores. My family and I love it and have stayed here several times. It's not real fancy, just soooo comfortable for those lazy beach days. Neighborhood is friendly and the beach is not crowded. I always look for this house when renting in this area. THANKS
