About this property

Rheiderland - Large apartment on a park-like plot near Dollart

Welcome to Abramshof. We took over this typical Gulfhof on the Heinitzpolder in northern Rheiderland in 2013. Since then, we have invested a lot of love and money in house and the already good 15,000 square meters of land. Since autumn 2016, we have been living here and finding it wonderful.

The completely independent, 115 square meter apartment with its own home entrance is located in the upper floor. The apartment is fully equipped - incl. Dishwasher and currently 5 bicycles. There is also a washing machine.

This includes a large garden with a picnic table where you can have a barbecue. Also a trampoline, Tischtennisplatte, Federball etc. available. Look forward to a holiday with or without pet in this beautiful non-smoking apartment.

Our farm is in a secluded position surrounded by corn fields. Depending on the season and the weather, it is possible to work on these fields, which can lead to unusual noise and / or odors.

In the next village, Ditzumerverlaat, 1 km away, there is a shop where there is everything, For example, morning delicious fresh rolls. For the little ones there is a children's playground.

The surrounding area offers peace and relaxation in the fresh North Sea, which invites to cycling, which can also be combined with paddling. Bird lovers can also enjoy their time here. In the winter months, the annual natural occurrence of the migratory birds is repeated, some of which are during the whole winter.

Nearby is Ditzum, a picturesque fishing village at the mouth of the river Ems, with its own harbor, fishmongers, mill and ferry to Petkum on the other side of the river, from where you can quickly reach Emden with Kunsthalle and other sights. Also to Delftzijl and further to Borkum one can drive from Ditzum.

Other excursion possibilities are Papenburg with Meyerwerft, empty with historical old town and Groningen, NL to the shopping as well as the East Frisian islands. We are happy to advise you.

Very pleasant stay

We spent 2 very pleasant days in this spacious and clean apartment with wonderful views to a beautiful large garden with a 200 year old tree and peacocks roaming the grounds. One can make use of free bicycles. Last but certainly not least, the owners are very kind and accomodating. Thank you Rudolf for a very pleasant stay!

Apartament was big clean and tidy. There was a lot of things like a book magazines and games for kids. The garden is very big with fruit trees playground. Owner are very friendly and helpful. If someone wants to rest of fast life or work I recomend this place. Thank you very much

Sehr schöner Gulfhof. Die Ferienwohnung ist im 1. Stock über der Wohnung der Vermieter. Sie ist nach Ost-West orientiert mit tollen Blick in eine über hundert Jahre alte Buche (Ostseite) und den Park ähnlichen Garten. Das ganze Anwesen ist von Feldern umgeben. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Kommunikation war einwandfrei.

Traumhafter Garten - Entspannung pur!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und kinderlieb. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Im Garten durften wir das reife Obst ernten. Die Kinder haben die Hühner und Pfauen bestaunt. Fahrräder sind in einem guten Zustand und in der Umgebung gibt es schöne Ausflugsziele.

Erstklassig zum Entspannen

Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage auf einem wunderschönen Hof. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Auto darf mit im Kotten abgestellt werden. Mit den Fahrräder die zur Verfügung stehen kann man sehr schöne Ausflüge entlang der Deichanlagemachen. Von unserer Seite ist es sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolle Lage, nette Vermieter

Wir waren 3 Tage dort. Alles gut soweit. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, sauber, einfach eingerichtet. Das Objekt liegt auf einem großen, tollen Grundstück in nahezu Alleinlage. Jede Urlaubspartei hat ihr eigenes Stück Garten, dazu gibt es viel Freifläche zum Spielen und Toben. Der Kontakt zur Familie Abrams war nett und freundlich. Bei Kleinkindern muss man beachten, das ein nicht abgegrenzter Wassergraben auf dem Grundstück verläuft. Einziges Manko waren Matratzen, die schon Recht stark durchgelegen sind, hier wäre ein Austausch vorteilhaft. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.
