2BD/2B Townhome located in Royal Mansions Condo Resort located directly on beach. Short ocean walk to Jetty Park and Cocoa Beach Pier! Townhome features ocean front views from large balcony, living room and bedrooms perfect for catching the sunrise or rocket launch. Tastefully furnished, Smart TVs , Beach Gear, W/D, and Kitchen stocked to prepare meals. Enjoy the sparkling pool, lounge chairs, hot tub, outdoor grills or private access to beach. All you need for the perfect Florida vacation!

This is a multi-level condo. You must use stairs to access the front door. From there you'll go up a flight of stairs to the main living area. This will provide access to kitchen, living room, main bedroom/bathroom and outdoor balcony.
Follow the next set of stairs up to the top floor to access the second bedroom/bathroom.

Both bedrooms feature a queen sized bed. We have a pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room.
The bathroom on the main living area features a walk-in shower. Bathroom on the top floor offers a walk-in shower and tub/shower combo.
