Enjoy the sunny island of Usedom in our 82m² apartment in the Landhaus am Haff in Stolpe!
The apartment extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor, in addition to the entrance area with a wardrobe and staircase, there is the newly furnished luxury fitted kitchen with all advantages such as granite worktop, dishwasher, built-in stove with induction hob, fridge with separate frost compartment, microwave, coffee bar and a dining table for 6 people. In the living room there is a large leather set that can be pulled out and used as a sofa bed. Of course there is a fast free WiFi in these days. On the ground floor there is also a separate guest toilet and a storage room.

Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with an additional TV. The large bathroom has 2 windows so that the morning sun shines in. In addition to a double vanity with mirror cabinet, there is a large shower and a toilet.

Due to its location, the spacious terrace offers privacy in the beach chair. The other patio furniture includes 2 sun loungers and a large table and armchair with upholstery for 6 people. A barbecue area with charcoal grill and massive wooden table with benches is located at a safety distance of 20 meters directly at the house!

The center of Stolpe is about 300 meters away. After a 5-minute walk along a historic cobblestone path, you come to the restored and partially rebuilt castle of Stolpe. Right next to the castle and village pond is the restaurant Remise, which is known throughout the island, in a former horse and wagon building. Next to it is the village bakery, which is known in the region for its extraordinary bee sting.
