The Space:

Whether you're here to dig your toes in the sand, explore miles of biking trails, or simply slow down and breathe, this first-floor retreat puts it all within reach for up to six guests.

 

Living space

Large sliding doors flood the open-plan living and dining area with natural light, giving the space an airy, easy feel. The living room offers generous seating, and the sofa doubles as a queen sleeper - handy for the sixth guest. The dining table seats six comfortably, with three additional spots at the breakfast bar. Step through to the private patio just outside and you have the perfect spot for a relaxed morning coffee or an al fresco dinner, with convenient storage space for bikes and beach gear right at hand.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully remodeled kitchen is laid out for real cooking - ample counter space, an efficient workflow, and everything you need already in place. Refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware - it's all here. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker to choose from. The breakfast bar keeps things social while meals come together.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and sits directly across the hall from the shared bathroom, which includes a shower and tub combination. The queen sofa sleeper in the living area rounds out sleeping for up to six.

 

Bathroom

Two full bathrooms mean no early-morning queues. The en suite off the primary bedroom includes a new double vanity and shower. The hall bathroom features a shower-tub combo, hair dryer, and hot water on demand.

 

Laundry & home comforts

A full-size washer and dryer - tucked neatly behind barn doors - means longer stays feel effortless. The unit also includes air conditioning, heating, a dedicated workspace, iron, hangers, bed linens, and all the essentials.

 

Location

1748 Bluff Villa sits within the 5,000-acre Sea Pines Resort, one of Hilton Head Island's most iconic destinations. South Beach Marina is a short walk away, with dining, shopping, and water activities right on your doorstep. Dolphin cruises, fishing excursions, kayak trips, championship golf at Harbour Town Links - home of the RBC Heritage - and Hilton Head's signature candy-striped lighthouse are all part of the Sea Pines experience. A 605-acre forest preserve offers trails for walking and horseback riding. Resort access is included, giving guests full use of the surrounding facilities.

 

Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival simple, and a private entrance means you come and go entirely on your own schedule. Long-term stays are welcome.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

* 1748 Bluff Villa is located in Building 5, 1st Floor, Stairwell A. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
