Entire Home! 4 bedrooms. 2 baths. Community POOLS, bbq, fire pit, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts.
Beautiful single story in North Phoenix on a quiet street with the amazing Sonoran Foothills/Preserve across the street. Located in a desirable neighborhood with access to I 17 and Carefree Hwy. Perfect location for day trips up north!
This is a very comfortable family home with a tasteful decor. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking or baking as well as grilling outside. The living room boasts an extensive library, great sofa, loveseat and side chairs. There is a smart TV for your enjoyment. The dining table is large enough to accommodate 8-10 guests easily. There are 3 barstools at the island.
Games/Art/Puzzles/Children’s space with double futon.
There is a nice sustainable backyard with a nice view of the mountains. There is a patio, dining table, grill, fire pit, etc outside.
All of the beds are extremely comfortable with high quality linens. There is an abundance of towels etc.
There are 2 grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants and bars. Shopping is available all over Phoenix. Outlet malls, high end chain stores, boutiques.
Guest access
The guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage. Community pools are open!

A very appealing get-away

The house and grounds were very clean, and beautiful. It was equipped with all you could hope for in a rental property. Debbie was very helpful and accommodating! We'll want to come back next year!

Beautiful home with relaxing patio

This home was extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the back yard oasis for our morning coffee and watching the beautiful Arizona sunsets. Charming home that did not disappoint. Will definitely return!

Peaceful, quiet, comfortable and accommodating

I highly recommend this home. The owner’s communication was spot on. The neighborhood is super quiet and the home is absolutely wonderful. Four bedrooms with comfortable beds and the living room and back yard were cozy for evening an chat and wind down. There are eating establishments, a grocery, gasoline, and pharmacy within a 5 minute drive. Convenient to Hwy 17.

Everything you need!

This is a rare house that actually has all the little things that life requires! Plenty of clean towels, and a very well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of utensils and cooking implements of all kinds, all of good quality! So rare in a house. Not to mention, super clean and quiet. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect in north Phoenix

Property was excellent and as other reviews noted very well stocked. You don't need to bring your own salt/pepper or sugar or pancake syrup, as some places need! Coffee for Keurig stocked, also; much appreciated. Plenty of space for a family meal, comfortable beds and seating. Kids' play room was fantastic with lots of pencils, markers, crayons, paint and books to read. Check-in info never appeared in VRBO app but email was ok. Property manager/owner responded quickly to questions. Would stay here again without a second thought.

Perfection

Our oldest son was getting married in Black Canyon City at a little Venue there. This home was perfectly located with just a short 20 minute drive to the destination. The home fit all of our adult children and had ample room for rest and relaxation. We all enjoyed coffee together outside on the wedding day and the back yard is what dreams are made of. We absolutely loved everything about this and Debbie was so accommodating and had communication with us the whole time. Wish we would have had time to enjoy the beautiful kitchen but it just made us want to come back and make sure we take time to enjoy a relaxing stay and not such a hustle stay as this one was. Plenty of towels, bedding was comfortable with linens that made you want to stay in bed all day. I really cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Debbie for opening up your home. It is a true gem!!

We will be back!

Couldn't have been happier with our stay at Debbie's house. Other reviews have commented on how well stocked and furnished the house is, but really what that translated to for us was that it felt like home. There were times when our children (3 yo and 19 mo) were in the playroom, my wife and I making dinner in the kitchen, where we looked at each other and said, "It feels like we live here." The neighborhood is also great. The park with play structure was a short walk away and a perfect morning outing for our kids. The backyard is peaceful, private and well designed, with several seating areas depending on how much sun you want. Debbie was a wonderful host. Making sure we had everything we needed. Even setting up the pack-and-play for us ahead of time so our 19 mo could go straight to bed when we arrived. Can't recommend this property highly enough. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Amazing home!

We were in town for a wedding and had a great time staying at this home! It is one of the best stocked vacation homes that we have stayed in. Very roomy. The playroom was a hit!

Weekend lake getaway

This property was great! So much room for our family! And my kids absolutely loved the play room. The back yard was beautiful! It was very accommodating there was plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. We will definitely be staying here again!

Arizona Cup Stay

Wow. Great property. Location was awesome. House was amazing. Host thought of everything. Community is quiet. And for the archery tournament we were a part of, the location could not be better. Highly recommended, even for those non-archers out there. Thank you very much for a great trip out here.
