Perfect Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time in this unit and our experience was just as good as the first. Would be nice to have some sort of vacuum in the unit to deal with sand, but not a huge deal. Plan to book this again next year.

Beautiful view

This property had a beautiful view that we were able to see dolphins from the kitchen window. The condo was spacious but in need of a deep clean and maybe some fresh paint. The host was extremely accommodating when our flights got cancelled he was flexible with shifting our stay by a couple days as it was winter and no one in the condo after us. Off season they don’t heat the main pool and our pool at tower 2 was broken down for the majority of our stay. Since it was really quiet at the other pools we were able to go over there for a day. We were very happy we were able to hear the sound of the ocean coming in the balcony all day long.

Great Rental Unit and Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit for our family during a baseball trip. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and the Unit was perfect size for us. The location was perfect and the view was the best we have had in all our years visiting PCB. The kitchen was full of everything you would need and then some. The only issues we had that were very minimal were the Ice Machine in the Freezer was not working, the couch could use a good cleaning and under the couch was full of sand (like it was just swept under the couch). Other than that everything about our stay was perfect. We would highly recommend this unit.
