The house has good bedrooms and bathrooms, has district heating and is insulated and comfortable all year round. From the 1st floor you have access to a partially covered terrace. In the living room on the 1st floor there is a wood stove. From the first floor you have access to a partially covered terrace with fireplace. The house has a modern kitchen and from the living room you can reach a small garden.

A vacation home for the discerning holidaymaker, offering exceptional vacation experiences. Within walking distance is also the best sandy beach of Djursland. There is also a large harbor with fishing boats and many restaurants. The Kattegat Center with its numerous fish species and cute seals is definitely worth a visit. The market square and the pedestrian zone of Grenaa are great places to stroll. You can also visit Djurs Sommerland in Nimtofte.
