It is also a short commute to Baha Mar resorts and casino allowing you the enjoyment of the facilities and entertainment of the mega resorts. This townhouse comes fully furnished with A/C, washer, dryer and many other amenities(see listing). With its open concept living/dinning spacious cozy rooms, en suite bathrooms , a pool area/backyard that is very relaxing, it gives you a feeling of home away from home. My place is excellent for family, couples and solo adventurers. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance.

I was born in a little quaint settlement of Mt Thompson on the Island of Exuma and grew up in New Providence. Born and raised on these beautiful Islands of The Bahamas I began my journey of working in the tourism industry where I found my niche. Why they chose this property
This property is situated in an awesome location and the ambiance is very cozy. I chose to buy a property/ build a home because I traveled in this area my whole life, it is a walking distance from many stunning beaches, it was always a very quiet, clean, well kept and it is near our international airport. Because I traveled in this area my whole life I was able to see the potential growth such as major hotels, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers and many more
