New gas grill in screened lanai with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the sunshine or starry nights after golf or a day at the beach - bug free! Patio heater. Weekly pool and landscaping services. Beautiful beaches, golf courses, shopping, restaurants and Legacy bike trail close by. New furniture throughout with tasteful decor. Luxury linens and mattresses for added comfort. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. New full size washer and dryer. Max 5 guest per stay, no children under 4 years old. No pets allowed. There is a Ring Doorbell outside on the front porch. Owner stays in the attached studio apartment when in town with separate entrance and living space. No shared spaces between house and studio.
