AC went out on day 2 of 3, also had ants in both beds. Owner did respond quickly, shut off AC remotely to allow de-thaw, but did not work. At 10pm decision made to contact AC tech. Had to spend night with no AC, had ant bites next morning. No AC tech next morning, so left a day early since no AC, ants. Owner refunded one day only, not night spent with no AC. Very bad experience, worse that we werent refunded for night spent with no AC, ants. Its just not reasonable to pack up your family at 10pm to find another place. VRBO would not help either.
