Beautiful, fully renovated house in a prime location in North Naples. Amazing water views from every room, with the back facing due west to provide gorgeous sunsets over the water. Paddleboard, windsurf, sail or kayak from the backyard. Eight minutes to the beach, five minutes to Publix, seven minutes to Mercato, and nine minutes to Waterside Shops. All within a quiet neighborhood that offers a clubhouse with exercise room, three tennis courts , four pickleball courts, a bocce ball court, a community dock, two beautiful swimming pools, and a lakeside gazebo with a community grill, picnic tables and umbrellas.
