House was awesome- one of the few times that the pictures were not as great as the house itself! The cabin had everything we needed, was clean and quaint, and close to everything. Kids loved sledding down the driveway, we loved there being sleds for them to use. Will be back!
McCall has always been our place to go and wind down for a few days. This cabin was just perfect for that. We had everything we needed. We loved our stay!
Super clean, great location, cabin was as cute (or cuter!) than it looks online! Absolute best feature was the awesome patio that got sun and had so much space for family to hang. THANK YOU!

Thank you Thomas for staying with us. It was a pleasure to host you and we'd welcome you back anytime. Depending on the season we offer return discounts. We just put a cozy little fireplace in the main living room too, so welcome you back anytime!
We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The cabin was bigger than we thought it would be based on the listing, exceptionally clean, and really comfortable for our family and dog. We will look to stay there again for future Brundage ski trips!

Thank you so much for the review. We purchased this cabin in early December and have tried hard to make sure it is a very special place to stay. We love the proximity to the lake and town. Looking forward to warmer weather when we hope our guests can take advantage of the many upgrades and plans we have in process to take in the warm summer nights and water sports!
We would be happy to welcome you back anytime.
Great place to get away with family and our dog. Sarah was very helpful with our needs and gave great tips for our first time in the area. Looking forward to going back.

Thanks for staying with us sweet Bradshaw family. Your welcome back anytime and we appreciate the kind review. We love summer in McCall but are already looking forward to skiing this winter! Come visit for sure!
Sarah was a great host. She’s very quick to respond to questions. The amenities were great. Comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. The place was clean. We’d definitely stay again. We didn’t use the balcony as it was chilly outside at night and we were out exploring all day. One note: part of the railing on the balcony is missing. Hopefully it will get replaced soon. Just a safety concern.

Hi Lori - Thank you so much for staying with us. We appreciated it so much and are glad you had a great time. One note about the deck is that it is open seasonally - typically we close it in early October when snow is expected to fall. At that time we need to remove some of the rails for winter because the snow sheds from the cabin and can damage the deck when they are attached. Snow drifts can come down in feet - which is amazing to see when everything is covered in white! But it does require that we close the deck for safety. Hope that helps clear up why the rail is removed. Snow is a little late this year - praying for snow and a good ski season!
We loved our stay. The accommodations were great. We had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy! Sarah was easy to reach with questions about the area and very helpful with recommendations. We were able to immediately relax upon entering the door. It was a fabulous time!

This location was quite, at the end of a street, no road noise, which is what we were after, secondly the king size beds and bedding were awesome ! We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit as well. Very pleased with everything working properly in the home. I highly recommend this property!

Thanks for the review! The cabin is located off Warren Wagon road down a quiet street, we love the wildlife and forest but but renters should be aware its about a 5min drive (1.3miles) to downtown. In the winter the street is perfect for sledding since its on a dead end. The road is getting graded in October to smooth out any pot holes too!
We spent our days hiking, biking, and boating but once at cabin, we relaxed. We spent most of the time on the deck when at cabin enjoying the weather and sounds. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

We are so glad you had a wonderful time and would be happy to welcome you back. We agree the deck in Summer is amazing, come visit in Winter when its so quiet and peaceful too! Thank you for staying!
We had a great time in McCall, skiing at Brundage Mountain with our grandkids. The cabin was cute, warm and cozy and had everything we needed for a fun 3 day weekend. Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable and deer friendly. Very quiet peaceful retreat yet close to grocery stores and restaurants. Loved it!

Thank you for staying!
We were so pleased with our stay at this Cabin! It was so clean, comfortable and fit our family perfectly. The location was great (close to downtown McCall, local ski mountain and the Shore Lodge). Well stocked, new appliances and comfortable beds. Fast response from host to our questions. We finally found the cabin we will be returning to again and again.

What a pleasure it was to host your family. The cabin is perfect for groups of your size who love to ski and be outdoors. Come back in the summer as the starry nights and camp fires are not to be missed!
We enjoyed our stay at this cute, well located home in McCall. This home was by far the BEST stocked home in the kitchen for cooking meals! Definitely would like to stay again in the summer. Walk to the lake!

We would welcome your family back anytime! I love to cook for my three boys so wanted to make sure the kitchen has everything I could think of! Glad you also put it to use! The Payette lake club is private but there is lake access very close and its just a beautiful spot in the summer. Happy New Year!
The house was perfect. The bedroom with bunks worked well for the kids and the deck was great. It was a great launchpad for many adventures. We all slept so well at night and played games. (We would recommend Uno No Mercy). Kitchen was well equipped and the new laundry machine was great for the kids dirty clothes.

About the host
Hosted by Sarah Marshall
We are a family from Idaho who just purchased our dream cabin in McCall. We have three active little boys who have taught us that weekends at the cabin, with a movie and popcorn, after a long day of skiing, or playing on the lake, is time well spent.
Why they chose this property
The Driftwood cabin is our family dream come true. We had been looking for years and waiting for the perfect spot. We finally found it in this sweet cabin in an incredible location. The cabin is tucked in the woods and offers privacy, great views, proximity to the lake and is just a few minutes from all that downtown McCall has to offer. We are so grateful for this cabin and our ability to share it with you. Please respect this special place.
What makes this property unique
- The cabin sits on a quiet dead-end road that is slopped and is perfect for sledding in the winter. I cannot count the number of hours my kids spend outside on sleds. - The lake is viewable from living room windows in the winter, and always through the trees. The Cabin sits about 100 yards from the lake. Guests have lake access, renters do not. - This is a well-loved, lightly used cabin that is very special to our family. It is not a business; we care deeply about your experience.
