Tucked in the hustle of all the nearby amenities and houses, lies this gem that brings calm and peace to a fun-filled, busy day. Located in quiet Clinton, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath charming vacation rental sits within minutes from a variety of restaurants and shopping. With a field in the front for a perfect view of the sunset, or space in the backyard for a view of the mountains, you are bound to find a place to relax at any time of the day. Our home is furnished with 8 beds making it the perfect fit for any size family.

As one of the original homes in the area, this vacation rental has been updated to modern charm with vintage, farmhouse feel. Not one detail has been left untouched from painted brick to remodeled bathrooms turned into tropical oasis.

Settle into your room with each bedroom showcasing new carpets, fresh paint and new furniture including mattresses. The cal-king and queen Tempurpedic beds will give you the rest you need for another day's adventure.

Once you settle in, take a step outside to the front porch and enjoy the sun setting across the sky. The kids can play in the backyard on the swing set or trampoline. Relax in the hammock, an open invitation for an evening nap. Or everyone can enjoy the night by the fire with the mountains in view.

Guest space includes 2000 sq ft of the entire main floor and upstairs as well as the outdoor back patio and backyard for your enjoyment. Sometimes our kids will use the backyard. The walkout basement is unavailable and has a separate private entrance. On occasion, we will need access to the laundry room located between the basement and main floor. There is a locked door on either side of the laundry room which can be locked by guests when the laundry room is not in use and will be locked by us. The garage is also unavailable to guests as well as the space beyond the barn and fence in the backyard. For the safety of our guests as well as ours, we have doorbell cameras and cameras on the barn. We live in an RV behind the barn and in the basement in case you need anything!

Family trip

This house was more than that, it was a home. They thought of everything you might need! It didn’t have that hallow empty feel of some places. It was so clean! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Just what we needed

Beautiful remodel home. Nice yard and beautiful views and sunsets.

Very sweet home and great kitchen for those wanting to cook at the house. Both bathrooms up stairs so important everyone can do short flight of stairs. Views are nice from back and front yards. Had family stop by and it was perfect for kids to play and adults to visit.

Beautiful house close to everything

My whole family was so impressed with the house, it is beautifully updated. There is a swing set and trampoline in the back yard that my kids loved. We enjoyed the large dining room table that we played games at. Sara was very quick to respond to all my messages, which is much appreciated.

Perfect Ogden Area Home

This was our most comfortable vacation rental experience. We travel to Ogden 2-3 times a year, usually staying in a hotel. Staying in this home was way better. The cleanliness and the amenities were amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the owners and their family were great. The house is very cute and very well remodeled. We would recommend this to anyone who is looking for somewhere close to Odgen, but to anyone looking to book this property please take good care of it so we will have a nice place to stay for years to come. :)

Phenomenal

We had such a great time in this gorgeous farmhouse. So easy to find and GORGEOUS on the inside. The hosts thought of everything, including shoe racks near all the doors. My kids enjoyed the backyard and the games. The kitchen and dining room were perfect for visiting, cooking, coloring, playing games and chatting. The living room was comfortable and the TV was easy to screencast to using my iPhone. Kids loved watching a movie with the whole family. If you are looking to stay in this area, THIS is definitely the property you want to stay at! I hope we have reason to stay again. Y’all are the best hosts.

Perfect. Clean. Gracious hosts.

This home was better than expected. The pictures don't do it justice. The owners are onsite and were very attentive but not intrusive. The home was clean and we had everything we needed at hand. Beds were comfortable. There is a decent amount of weight available in the weight room. We were able to have family over and enjoyed the firepit just off the patio area. There were plenty of outdoor chairs available. This home is close to all amenities. Beautiful view out front window. Privacy blinds that let in good light. A cheery clean home. Nothing wanting. Gracious hosts. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you for everything!
