This lovely holiday home is situated in a peaceful location near Opatija. It extends over one floor and consists of two residential units. The terrace or balcony is orientated towards the sea, with a wonderful sea view and the shady terrace looks into the garden, with many Mediterranean plants. The owner lives on the property, but the garden around the house is only used by you, so you can maintain your privacy. There are cycle paths and hiking trails nearby. By car you can reach beaches in Voloko, Opatija and Iii, with an idyllic 12 km long promenade along the sea. You will find entertainment in Opatija, with a rich gastronomic offer and cultural events. You can also visit the nearby islands, the Uka Nature Park and the Istria region.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Terrasse. Leider wird direkt davor ein Haus gebaut dann sieht man wahrscheinlich die Insel Cres und die rechte Seite des Meeres nicht mehr. Die Ausstattung ist ok aber es könnten mal ein paar scharfe Messer und noch einiges an Equipment besorgt werden. Auch die Matratzen der Einzelbetten sind leider nicht kürzlich gemütlich und die Betten knarren. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Im Großen und Ganzen war es sehr schön.

Top endroit, magnifique maison, vue à couper le souffle !

Rien à ajouter ! La maison est parfaite, et correspond en tous points à la description qui est faite sur le site. On est à deux pas du centre "ville", très chic et luxuriant, et jamais très loin en voiture de tous les petits villages à voir dans la région. Je recommande !

Super nette Vermieter. Wahnsinns Ausblick. Tolle Wohnung. Zu Fuß zum HAfen ist nicht weit, allerdings geht es recht steil den Berg rauf mit einigen Treppen. Die Straßen sind recht eng. Wer mit großen Auto anreist, sollte dies wissen. Insgesamt tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage und in der Umgebung ist viel zu entdecken. Wie hatten auch unsere e-bikes mit. Im Hinterland kann man auf einsamen Strecken sehr viele Höhenmeter machen.
