Praktische Wohnung mit Balkon

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnviertel (Plattenbauten rundherum). Fußweg zum Strand etwas über 1/2 h. Supermarkt sehr nah, Imbisse auch. Fußweg ins Stadtzentrum 20 min.Für 4 Leute gut eingerichtet, 6 wären sportlich. Die fehlenden Türen sind etwas irritierend, aber man kommt klar :-)Alles prima soweit.

Super Austattung, kurze Wege zum Einkaufen

Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, allen voran die Küche mit Geschirr und Besteck und auch Kochgeschirr. Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Supermarkt, was ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt ist, da es wirklich ein kurzer Weg ist und so der Weg zu frischen Brötchen jeden Morgen umso leichter. Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Kritikpunkte

Alles in allem ist die Wohnung okay , aber eigentlich nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Es gibt nur 2 Türen (Bad und 1 Schlafzimmer) alles andere geht ineinander über. Bett im Schlafzimmer mit der Tür ist nur ein sehr kurzes Klappsofa. Leider war trotz herbstlicher Temperaturen die Heizung noch nicht an.

Für 2 Personen super,das 2 Bett( Schlafsofa) etwas ungemütlich. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten super. Der Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar.

Einfach eine Traum-Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne und große Ferienwohnung. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Wir hoffen das wir unseren nächsten Besuch in Kolberg wieder in dieser tollen Wohnung verbringen dürfen.

Die wohnung war wie beschrieben und auch sauber. der TV Im schlafzimmer hat keine deutschen sender. Ansonsten gibt es nix zu meckern.

sauber, groß, zentrumsnah

Komplett eingerichtete Wohnung, sauber und geräumig, zum Strand ca. 20min zu Fuß. Zentrum ist in 10-15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (NETTO) direkt hinter dem Block. Wohnung ruhig, in der 3. Etage. Parklplatz im öffentlichen Bereich vorhanden.
