Great home for a family gathering to celebrate my son's graduation. Easy access to campus and downtown Columbus. The open, well-equiped kitchen and great room made it the perfect space for a family gathering. The rooms are well appointed and great communication from the host.
This house was absolutely beautiful inside sub out . My family and I felt safe ! The house was super hospitable with great communication. I will definitely refer to anyone I know in the city and will definitely book again when I’m in town!
Six of us stayed for Sonic Temple, so we asked for an early check-in. At the agreed time, we still did not have the door code. Called the property manager only to go straight to voicemail. Called VRBO and they basically told us to wait an hour, and then it wasn’t really their problem. 45 minutes later, the property manager answered the phone and said she “didn’t have her phone on her.” That’s helpful when you have people trying to check in to your property.House itself was nice, but the beds are NOT queens; they are doubles, and two adults in each double bed is pretty rough. Missing tile in the master bathroom that I found out about after I stepped on it getting out of the shower. Grass was very long, and not cut until our group wanted to sit outside and have some drinks (the next day). Overall, house is good, but need to be honest about bed sizes and fix a few things, including being able to get a hold of management.
We had 7 people in this home for a long weekend while we visited for a wedding, and it was very nice! The inside is very pretty and charming, and it was plenty of space for all of us.
Stay was great we would stay again. Some minor details of the property. Trash outside was full to capacity. Stair handles need to be reinforced very loose. Upstairs hall floor needs to be reinforced stabilized more. Some places downstairs as well. But overall great.
We had an excellent stay at the house. The house was decorated beautifully and had a great vibe. The backyard is really spacious and the neighbors left us alone. The back door was a problem for us. It seems like someone tried to kick the door down. Some of the cabinet doors were broke too. We had a hard time trying to get into house with the lock pad.
Very comfortable with plenty of space to be together and have alone time away from the group. Well equipped although the QR code fornthe guide book rendered an error. Great location, close to downtown and easy access to other great areas in the greater Columbus area. We would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Our granddaughter had a major surgery at Nationwide Children’s. We were all able to stay at this house as it was a close location to the hospital. It ended up being five adults and five kids staying here. We had plenty of room for all of us. We did end up having to buy a couple of amenities that said they were provided but it was no big deal. We just needed a place to sleep and shower and it was all great. Hopefully we won’t ever need to come to stay again for a hospital visit but would definitely choose this house again.
The home was beautiful. Our youth enjoyed the stay,
The neighborhood isn't a preferred location. There was a murder two streets from where we were while there. Parking was not the best. We actually arrived one night and there was no parking at 11pm. We only had one vehicle. It definitely wouldn't work for more than one vehicle.
If this home was located elsewhere it would be ideal, but I wouldn't necessarily refer it due to location.
There is a picture frame in the kitchen that describes this home. It’s a “dream home” equipped with all amenities. We did a little research on the home as it is just charming. It was built in 1900. The house has all the newest modern amenities yet it still has the 1900 charm. It’s a lovely home. We enjoyed every minute of staying in this home. We cooked meals, ordered in. The location is perfect as we were close to the airport, our 6 am trip with less than 15 minutes. The neighborhood was previously described as up and coming, which is true. However, it’s not a new development, the homes are not cookie cutter homes, it very much represents old world charm in the modern day. I live in the suburbs of Phoenix where all the homes look the same are built through same. This change is scenery was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay. For those looking to rent it’s a great home. We enjoyed it. I hope you will too.

This house reminded me of when you look at homes to buy & then when you show up for the Open House, you’re quickly disappointed. Pictures make it appear finished nicer. It was updated by your average DIYer in everything to floppy flooring, broken cabinets, broken exterior doors (very dangerous), & questionable tile work. It leads you to believe there will be a certain luxury to it by supplying tv, linens, & shampoo. Well we were disappointed when our family of 8 arrived to find 6 towels for our 3 night stay & no laundry detergent. Our family didn’t pack shampoo since it said it was supplied so upon searching for the product, I found three empty bottles in the bathroom all labeled: shampoo, conditioner, & soap. Also tons of grimy marks on walls and doors. Our kids did get to watch some Disney for short entertainment but when Sat. morning of a D1 college town rolled around, again, we were disappointed to find we couldn’t even watch the game… now this wasn’t promised but to earn a true 5 stars, I think this would be a no brainer. While rummaging through cupboards it appears no one has done an inventory check on any of it. Chipped plates, few glassware, random old food in all of the cupboards. I did inform the host of some of these issues I had above while there & they did attempt to correct them by dropping off laundry detergent, bath towels, kitchen towels, and sponges but our frustrations were already present & therefore I cannot give 5 stars.& there’s squirrels in the attic.
We really enjoyed our time staying in the home. We all had a place to lay our head at night and the convenient store being right down the street was very helpful for the quick snacks we forgot. The neighborhood is lovely and the neighbors are so nice; one of them even gave us donuts from Buckeyes Donuts. We really appreciate you letting us stay here!
Definitely enjoyed my time here at the property. Everything was lovely and met at my expectations created from the pictures. Management is very caring and checks up on you throughout your stay! Loved and would do it again
My wife and I decided to rent this home because of the location, photos, and amenities. We arrived everything was straight forward. I like the decor of the home, there is allot of space for all 8 of the adults that attended. House is modern and has an open floor plan a big island for everyone to gather around. Only big issue is that I couldn’t access the “Guide Book”.
This home is beyond perfect! Every December we do a girls weekend in Columbus to go shopping and we normally stay in a hotel but this year we opted for a home instead. It was the absolutely beautiful inside, it smelled amazing, was so clean. Just perfect. It states that it sleeps 9 but the 9th person would use a roll away (which is ok) We couldn’t find bedding for it when we got there so I messaged the owner and she told me where to possibly look and we got to unpacking and snacking and having cocktails when there was a knock on the door and she had delivered brand new sheets from Bed Bath and Beyond! To me, that deserves a 10 star review. That is how you should run a property! So unbelievably happy! And the beds were comfy as well! And the sheets and blankets smelled like they just came out of the dryer! There were a couple minor things, like a bulb out in the bathroom but that’s nothing. We were 15 minutes from Polaris and less than 15 from Easton. It was great!
This house was perfect for our family (3 teen boys, 2 parents) for several days over Thanksgiving. Lots of room, a nice yard for tossing a football, and great common areas for being together. It is an up and coming neighborhood that was quiet (despite being near the hospital) and we felt safe walking through the neighborhood during the day. The house was fairly well equipped- with Thanksgiving dinner I was missing some serving dishes and serving utensils but the kitchen was spacious and clean so no complaints. We would return again.

House was good overall besides the broken items.
House was clean , but broken shower door , broken cabinets , shower water cold
My Niece, a student at The Ohio State University, declared it Aunts Weekend so, my 3 sisters and I meet in Columbus to visit. We had a great weekend in Columbus! Including a Buckeye football game. The house is beautiful and very comfortable! It's in a quiet historic neighborhood in Columbus. The interior is elegantly appointed. There are many amenities in the home that are not included on the VRBO listing. For example, a cot and a fold-up baby crib, etc. We have already decided that we will stay in Flowing King Lincoln in the future.
