About this property

Hello and thank you for checking out my Islands Home.
This is a beautiful Islands Vacation Home on Whitmarsh Island, which is very simple but has everything you could need:
3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and even one spare Florida room in the back as well as a single car garage.
The home is a total of about 1,200 square feet, and is located in a cul-de-sac (so it's very quiet).
There is also a fenced in yard, so you can grill out back in privacy.
It is available for long term/seasonal rental, as it is fully furnished. 30 days in the minimum.
Please do not ask for 'reduced rates' for longer stays, the rate you see is the best rate I can offer, we prefer shorter stays, but we will accept longer stays at our current rate also.
Also before you book, PLEASE ensure you understand the cancellation policy. it is very strict. If you book a longer stay and think you need to cancel, it is advisable to obtain travel insurance as we won't be able to give a refund.
