Our house has a bit of a slope - so the apartment is on the ground floor when you enter it, but has a balcony on the garden side.
The apartment is therefore particularly suitable for seniors who no longer want to climb many steps.

an additional single bed (a real bed, no sofa bed!) in the living room.
