This 1,050 square foot house is the perfect getaway for couples, small groups and business stays.
Fully fenced backyard is perfect for pets and children.
The space
It has 3 bedrooms including a lower level master bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet , and restroom access right across the hall. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms with walk in closets, and beautiful plantation shutters for privacy. A bottom level modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and electric stove, counter top seating and full dining table, top load washer/dryer, & high speed Spectrum Ultra WiFi.


KITCHEN:

The kitchen has a stainless steel stove and oven, refrigerator, beautiful quartz counter tops with bar height seating,
Microwave and Keurig coffee maker.

You will find the basic cooking essentials in the cabinets: salt, and pepper. Dishes and silverware are also provided. Long term stays are expected to purchase their own supplies if they run out.

BBQ GRILLS:

I have a Webber BBQ kettle grill available for guest use.

RESTROOMS:

The restroom will have toiletries including: body soap, shampoo, & conditioner, makeup towels.

WASHER/DRYER:

The washer and dryer are both available for guests. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

The neighborhood is quiet with the house sitting towards the end of a cul-de-sac. Across the road entrance you’ll find McAllen city biking and walking trails.

GUEST ACCESS:
You'll have access to the entire home. This will include the extended driveway leading to the hot tub in the private 8ft fenced backyard.

I absolutely loved how detailed everything was, the architecture is so unique. The host was so understanding and was able to make my stay as amazing as it could be. I would absolutely come back and recommend this house for a getaway

WHAT-A BNB in the RGV!

We traveled to the Rio Grande Valley for a family reunion, and this A Frame was the perfect home away from home. It was clean and modern in a quiet neighborhood, and the communication with Cierra was great. This is a definite must-stay if you’re in the area!

Great Escape

We happened to be doing some business in McAllen and we wanted to stay in something different than a hotel. We saw this on VRBO and decided to stay and it was a 5 star rating for us. The backyard layout is awesome too with the Hampton bay lighting, jacuzzi, and fireplace. You’ll love it here.

This was a great location close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and things to do. We have family in the area and really appreciated a pet-friendly home to come back to each night. Hot tub and fire pit made hanging out in the backyard nice and relaxing. Coffee each morning was enjoyable. Beds were comfortable and streaming movies on the TV made the kids happy. Thanks to the hosts who communicated well and pay attention to details that make their guests feel welcome.

What a BnB

Was exactly as advertised and very clean. Good communication with owner made us feel that if we had incurred any problems they would have responded rapidly. My only suggestion is toilet seat would not stay up. Had to hold it up with one hand each time. Didn’t get to try the hot tub but looked very inviting.

Mini honeymoon

This place by far has been the best BNB. Everything was well organized and the host always kept communication. The host accommodated to our needs and allowed an early check in time. This was great because I was able to get ready for my wedding. I stayed with my wife as a mini honeymoon for the weekend and she loved the place as well.

Amazing

To say that this home is amazing is an understatement. We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay in this beautiful house. Cierra could not have been more accommodating from start to finish. The house is decorated perfectly and every detail was thought of. Literally all we had to do was show up with our bags and food. The kitchen was completely stocked, coffee bar loaded, ample towels and bedding, including extra pillows and blankets provided and hot tub was clean and temperature perfect. I think the best part of the weekend was the bed. It is by far the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We cannot say enough about this B&B. Thank you Cierra for everything and we can’t wait to book again!

What-a-spot!

My family and I (including the dogs) had a great time at What-a-BnB! The house is recently renovated, and it was really well done. The decor was adorable and we immediately felt welcome and like we were at home. The bed and couches were comfortable, and my daughter loved having her own spot upstairs. The yard was fenced and secured for my medium sized dogs. I am happy to have found the spot - we will definitely repeat!

It was perfect for us!

Unfortunately, we came down to visit during one of the coldest weekends of the year. But our host made sure our stay was warm and cozy, even turned on the heat and lights for us before we arrived in the evening. Sweet gesture which meant a lot to us because we had our toddler grand-daughter with us. The home was beautifully decorated and super clean. The location is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We had no problems what-so-ever. One thing I really liked about this bnb is that we were able to park our truck inside the property's privacy fence. Big plus for us. We did not get an opportunity to use the fenced-in back yard, jacuzzi, or fire pit due to the weather but I'm sure we'll be back another time, so we'll have to try again then.
