In the resort 800 m from the centre of Rincón de la Victoria, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the sea, south-east facing position. Private: large, beautiful garden with lawn 470 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt water. Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 2 km, café 400 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "walking distance" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). Groups of teenagers on request only.

Beautiful Villa

Villa Zurbaran ( Called Val Marena) is really well located whether you have a car or not . Very close to beach , restaurant and shops , yet quietly located overlooking the sea . It is very well equipped inside and has a beautiful pool .

Heerlijk verblijf

Een heerlijk ruim huis, voorzien van alle gemakken. Een mooi aangelegde tuin met zoutwater zwembad. Mooi groot betegeld terras om te zitten, loungen en te zonnen. Zeer veel servies aanwezig, pannen etc. De keuken is zeer compleet met magnetron, oven, Amerikaanse koelkast met vriezer, vaatwasser. Contactpersoon van Interhome/Immoswiss erg vriendelijk en bereikbaar. Het huis ligt tegenover een uitkijkpunt. Daardoor erg veel publiek en vaak lawaai tot laat in de nacht. Geen eigen parkeerplaats.

Holiday villa excellent. Location excellent. Pool was issue. Not cleaned before we arrived . Obliged to report to agent. Could not be used for first 4 days. Big chunk of our paid for holiday facility. 14 days. Needed chemicals as well as actual cleaning before use. No consideration of any kind was given to compensate for our loss. Also it is important that someone is present at the house on arrival with the key and to explain internal workings - air conditioning and Wi Fi codes and box. MFalve

Es ist ein einfach gestaltenes Haus mit seinem charm! Gut ausgestattete Küche, schöne zimmer, alles war sauber. Es hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool war sauber und mit Salzwasser gefüllt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Von der Terasse aus sieht man direkt auf das Meer. Perfekter Hotspot für Sonnenaufgang und -untergang zu beobachten. Schneller Zugang an den Strand, schnelle Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuss.

Villa haut standing, équipement complet (ll, lv, four, frigo américain glace, tv avec chromecast,...) Piscine eau salée en mosaique, escalier, forme haricot, en pente douce grand jardin paysager (palmiers, plantes grasses,...) Vue mer imprenable depuis toutes les pièces et terrasses accès grande plage sable 400m par escalier/tunnel attention aux jeunes enfants (terrasses surélevées sans protection et nombreux escaliers) Bref 2ième fois pour nous et toujours ravis

Piękny ogród i dom ale zły zapach w szafach

Dom jest urządzony ze smakiem. Fajny kominek w salonie. Dom ciekawie jest rozplanowany. Wyposażenie Ok. Wspaniały ogród i widok z ogrodu na morze. Dla nas było niezbyt czysto w domu. Nie mogliśmy użyć klimatyzacji, bo po włączeniu śmierdziało z niej. Podobnie było z szafami we wszystkich pokojach. We wszystkich naprawdę śmierdziało. Ubrania przesiąknęły wilgocią i smrodem.

Superbe villa vue mer à 2 pas de la plage

Magnifique maison vue mer tout confort et spacieuse à 200 m de la plage (3 salles de bain et eau ; télé écran plat; baignoire jaccuzi ; frigo américain ; 2 climatisations indépendantes chambres et pièces à vivre). Piscine carrelée superbe avec escalier et pente (1 m80). Beau et grand jardin paysagé ( entretien tous les mardis). 2 bémols : pas de stationnement privé pour la voiture ( parking public dans la rue), mais on se gare facilement ; pas de douche extérieur avant de se baigner.

Tolle Lage, aber sonst nicht perfekt

Die Lage der Villa, nahe am Meer und trotzdem nahe zur Stadt ist wirklich super. Wunderschön auch der Außenbereich mit Terrasse und Pool. Drinnen muss man leider Abstriche machen. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein und das ganze Haus ist für 6 Personen nicht wirklich geeignet. Zudem fehlt es an Geschirr (z.B. nur 3 Salatschüsselchen) und auch an anderen Dingen. So ist nur ein einziger Haartrockner vorhanden. Es gab auch keinerlei Willkommenspaket (mit Kaffee, Salz, Zucker, Müllbeutel etc).

Beautiful home overlooking sea

What a beautiful home. The pool, the patio, the gardening and vegetation surrounding.. all fanstastic! The interior is well acquainted as well. Full kitchen, 3 rooms, and a living room. Is a short walk to town / beaches and has a great view of the sea. Would highly recommend!!
