We really had a blast at our stay at the lake house! The home was stocked well with anything that was needed. The views were beautiful and the cove was so peaceful. Our favorite thing to do was to hang out at the dock and enjoy swimming, floating, and fishing. Eddie was very communicative, even called before our stay to make sure to answer any questions we had, which was a plus! Would stay again in the future
Our stay was short but our accommodations were sweet. The home is beautifully decorated and pristine. We tried to enjoy all the seating areas and the amenities ie. pool table, fire pit, gazebo and dock. Our host was extremely helpful, courteous and genuine. We couldn’t have gotten a better host.

Thank you for your kind words Carol. We hope you'll come back again soon... and stay longer!
We stayed for a week to celebrate our 42nd anniversary in September. Off-season is very quiet and relaxing. The home is well equipped for dinning and cooking. The seating is very comfortable. The decor is very pleasing with unique light fixtures and the owner's photography. The upper deck and lower porch have plenty of seating with plush cushions. Our only concern was the poorly lit in-ground flagstone steps to the front door with no handrail. Two of the flagstone were loose and rocked in the ground.
It was a perfect and relaxing getaway for my husbands birthday. The house was perfect for our needs. We all enjoyed hanging out on the dock and ending the day by the fire pit. Very stress free weekend

We had a great time during our stay! Eddie was very helpful and available if needed. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit most nights. We rented a boat from the local marina and had a great time on the lake.

We truly enjoyed our time at the lake. We celebrated our 25th anniversary and an awesome friends birthday. So peaceful in the morning to sit out on the deck and have coffee & breakfast. Lots of great outdoor space options.
Would recommend this property to stay at on Tim’s Ford Lake.

Thank you so much Annette! We certainly enjoyed hosting you for your 25th anniversary. Please come back again soon!
Had a wonderful stay with our two kids. Had a blast on the water with quick trips to the marinas and then great evenings at the house playing games and watching movies. Kids loved swimming and fishing off the dock. Wonderful location and beautiful property.
We enjoyed a long weekend at the property. The owner Eddie was easy to work with and very helpful. Renting a boat for a few days allowed the full lake experience. Beautiful house on a beautiful lake. We’ll be back sometime to experience again. Note, make sure your family is good with steps to access the lake.
We enjoyed our stay and found the hosts to be very responsive and the lake house clean.
The views are beautiful as is the property as it has a lot of out door living that’s nice to gather any time of day out side.
I will say that I am thankful to be a healthy adult or would not have been able to run the 135 stairs up and down to the dock.
Look forward to returning.

Thank you Shaloma for your kind comments. The steps will certainly give you a workout LOL. Worth it, though for that majestic view! Look forward to hosting you again soon.
Great place. Caution: stairs to the water are brutal.
Great place to stay on Tims Ford. Awesome location toward the center of the lake. If you are not in average to great shape and want to visit the lakeside dock, I caution you about the stairs. There are over 100 of them, and I doubt you’ll want to trek up and down them very often unless you’re just a glutton for punishment. It’s definitely a place we’d love to stay again.
Our host, Eddie was so easy to work with throughout the entire rental process and stay. He was a pleasure and very communicative. The home is decorated beautifully and beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. My kids enjoyed the pool table. Home was immaculate! Kudos to the cleaning staff. Outdoor areas were nice for relaxing and chatting. Steps to dock were the only downside, but worth it.

Thank you so much Amy! We enjoyed hosting you and especially appreciate you taking care of our home! It’s great when out housekeeper tells us that the condition of the house in which you left it was the best she had ever seen! Please come back again soon!
This was a fantastic stay! Everything we needed was there, even down to dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. That’s very unusual for a VRBO these days. Eddie was great to work with and even had some good recommendations for dinner. We would love to come back again. The lake was gorgeous and neighbors were friendly. My two suggestions would be, we would’ve loved a big sectional downstairs instead of a pool table so we could’ve piled on and watched movies in the evenings after a long day of having fun at the lake. The couch upstairs didn’t quite fit seven people—more like 3-4 people. Also, we could have used some curtains that covered the windows in the master bedroom upstairs. We woke up with the sun. That being said, go ahead and rent this place for your family or friend group. You won’t regret it!
We recently stayed at this place with our extended family for the week and had a blast. The house is set in a quiet cove on Tims Ford Lake in winchester, TN. The lake is huge and hardly any boat traffic. We fished and swam from the dock and we also used the fire pit almost daily. The house was clean with some new appliances and NEVER had any issues with water, power, or the internet. Fans in everyroom ( as well as on the deck and gazebo) along with a great AC unit which was cranking daily as our week long stay was a hot one. 2 bedrooms downstairs with the mainnmaster upstairs next to kitchen. Never heard anyone upstairs at night which was good and Nice full bathrooms. Owner was very nice and responsive to questions that we had about the property. Main town/Grocery/ walmart is about 20mins away as it was a nice place off the beaten path.
Recommendations: if u rent a pontoon ( as we did) rent from lakeview marina ( best deals), definitely check out Drafts & Watercrafts restaurant as it sits on Tims Ford Lake in winchester. Great southern hospitality, nice lake views from outdoor seating area, and terrific food!!!
Constructive criticism: There are a lot of stairs down to the dock so keep that in mind. The deck and gazebo was a little dirty due to storms and cob webs along with the outside cushions (but that is cosmetic). If you're a fisherman like me, theres some decent bluegill fishing from the dock, but unfortunately the cove lacks bottom cover for larger fish (just mentioning and not any fault on home itself) cable TVs in everybedroom

Thank you so much Todd for your detailed review! I’m glad you all had a great time! Thank you for letting us know about the gazebo and deck. We have someone out there pressure washing this week. Hope you will come back again soon!
We came for a family wedding and stayed at Eddie’s property. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The view of the lake was stunning. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was so friendly.
Eddie was very easy to communicate with and the overall process was a breeze.
Thank-you for sharing an amazing house with my family.
Just finished staying 5 nights with my husband, 2 kids 17 and 20, and their 2 friends. I’ll be honest, when we first pulled up to the front of the house, we were really nervous, there were tall weeds out front and looked unkept. Luckily, when we walked in the house, everything was very nice and the back of the property was very nice also.
We had such a great time! We spent a LOT of the time just hanging out down at the dock. We did bring two kayaks and were very happy we did. The area is so nice for kayaking! I couldn’t believe how few boats there were on the lake. It was very peaceful!
The owner kept very good communication. The provided games, fishing poles, and life vests were appreciated. House was decorated very nice and beds were super comfortable. The stairs to the water are killer, but we looked at it as a workout for all the food we ate!
The only thing I would ask for is a little laundry detergent so we could have washed our towels during our stay and put them in the wash before we left.
We would definitely recommend this place! Thank you for a great stay!
We had a blast fishing off the dock and jumping in the lake. We did enjoy the live music at the marina. Our host was very easy and available to communicate with. It was a beautiful lake home. Our older parents had issues with all the stairs so be prepared for a workout!! The lake makes it worth it!!!
