One of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had!

Brian, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure everything was ready before checking in. While staying at this VRBO, the communication was quick and any question we had was answered promptly and with a smile! We will be recommending this property to others without hesitation!!

Great place for a temporary home

We stayed for just short of 4 months and were very happy with the property and the management thereof. There were a few minor issues like all places, but everything was immediately addressed. Great communication with the host! Great pool, great floorplan and outfitted well for an extended stay. Highly reccomended!!!

Perfect Option for House Hunting!

We had a great stay at this property. The location is perfect and very centrally located for house hunting in the north Houston suburbs. House is well equipped with everything you could need for cooking, grilling and the pool. The bikes and pool floats in the garage are a nice added touch. We had a couple of very minor maintenance issues that were handled within hours of contacting the owner. He is incredibly responsive and dedicated to making sure you have a great stay.

Perfect for our interim housing needs

Our family stayed at Brian's house for 2 months while our house was being completed. It was comfortable for my husband, me, our 10 year old, and our dog. We loved the convenient location in the The Woodlands, nightly swims in the pool, and rear access to a greenbelt & walking trails. The pool was maintained weekly. We had an appliance issue and Brian came by ASAP to fix himself. When our house build was delayed, Brian allowed us to extend up to his next booking, saving us from moving yet again! We both work remotely, and used the office desk and breakfast table. Our nieces came to visit one weekend, and there was plenty of sleeping space with the full over full bunk and trundle mattress. Overall a great experience renting from Brian! *This is a quiet neighborhood with narrow streets, not suitable for parties or lots of guests.

I enjoy real estate and only have 2 furnished rentals, but that allows me to personally make sure that my properties are maintained and turned over to exceed guest's expectations.

Why they chose this property

Veranda is about 7 minutes from I-45, and less than 10 minutes to the Mall, Mitchell Pavilion, and Market Street. It is centrally located and convenient to shopping, health care, and so many great dining options. The property backs up to a greenbelt, and the pool and hot tub are very private. The Master bedroom, master bathroom, and closet are huge, and you have access to the backyard from the Master bedroom. Perfect for coffee outside in the morning.

What makes this property unique

Veranda has extremely fast Wifi for streaming for work or fun. There is a dedicated study and a second, smaller desk area in the Master bedroom. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances, and is fully equipped for all of your culinary needs. It has a Keurig coffee maker and a larger coffee maker, and a blender, waffle maker, and hand mixer. There is also a wine chilling refrigerator in the Master bedroom. There are two "cruiser" bicycles in the garage to take advantage and explore the beautiful bike trails in The Woodlands. There are also pool toys and a charcoal grill for backyard fun. The garage has a 220 volt outlet for your electric vehicle.
