Beautifully located villa in the Pezula Golf Estate Knysna with heated pool

The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with bathroom ensuite, three of them with shower / toilet and one with bathtub / toilet. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes with an integrated dressing table and wall heating, 2 also have air conditioning.
The living and dining area is spacious with a dining table for 8 people. In the living area there is a stone-clad fireplace for cozy winter evenings.
Connected is the spacious kitchen with fridge-freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and enough dishes and kitchen accessories. There is also a scullery with a sink, washing machine and dryer.
The living area opens onto the partially covered terrace with a sunny pool area, heated pool and a wonderful view of the golf course. A Weber gas grill and a Weber charcoal grill are available.
The villa also has an additional toilet and an automatic double garage.
The villa is located in the secured Pezula Golf Estate.

Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood! We really enjoyed the big living room and the gourmet kitchen, the comfy beds, big bathrooms with plenty of room. The heated pool was wonderful. Nice washer dryer. Good golf at both Pezola and Knysna golf club. Highly recommend!

Wonderful views and perfect facilities

We stayed for 12 nights with family and 4 boys aged 5-9. The location is perfect to access leisure island and the heads and being on the golf course helps to get in an early morning round without it taking all day. The views are simply spectacular and with the 2 bbqs, which were cleaned every 2 days by the amazing cleaning staff, meant that load shedding didn't really affect us much at all. The heated pool was a big bonus and we used that pretty much daily. I can't honestly recommend it enough. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in town.

Loved the heated pool

We were three senior adults who spent a week here. Communication with the owners who live in Germany was seamless, and our dealings with the onsite manager was exemplary.The views are spectacular from all the massive windows. Our favourite was the heated pool, which allowed us to enjoy it in the evenings when the temperature dropped, as well as on the few cooler days we experienced. As seniors, we did find this house a bit more difficult than most others we have stayed in, as the kitchen/laundry and front door is located up a few stairs, and to hop up and down these stairs constantly between the main living space to the kitchen, was inconvenient.The layout of the bedrooms and their en-suites is very interestingly designed, but it is a bit of a maze to get to the bathroom from the bedroom. I don’t want to detract from the quality of this residence by my review, but I would suggest that more senior people or those with any kind of mobility issues should reconsider .Definitely a large spacious home with great beach equipment provided, as well as baby needs has been taken into consideration.in. Tranquil Getaway at Pezula Golf Estate

Our family of 5 recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this spacious 4-bedroom holiday house nestled inside the serene Pezula Golf Estate, just a short 10-minute drive from Knysna central. Overall, our experience was thoroughly enjoyable. From the outset, communication with the owners was seamless, and the check-in process was a breeze. The house itself is surrounded by breathtaking scenery and conveniently close to Knysna central, making it the perfect base for exploring the area's many activities. Undoubtedly, the highlight of our stay at the house was the heated pool and nice lounge area, which also included a BBQ-area. Well-maintained and offering a picturesque view over the golf course, it provided the ideal setting for relaxation. Whether taking a dip in the pool or simply lounging by the poolside, it was the ultimate retreat. While there were some minor signs of wear-and-tear inside the house, such as some worn-out furniture and chipped paint, they did not detract significantly from the overall charm of the property. With a little TLC and attention to detail, this holiday house will continue to shine and offer guests a relaxing and comfortable stay. In conclusion, our time at this holiday house was a serene and fantastic getaway, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Winter Golfurlaub mit Freunden Nov/Dez

Wir verbrachten 4 herrliche Wochen in diesem tollen Haus. Der Grundriss ist genial und praktisch, alle 4 Schlafzimmer sind gleich ausgestattet. Der beheizte Pool wurde rege von uns benutzt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Fairways 10 und die umliegende Umgebung war für uns Golfer ein Highlight, es gab immer irgendetwas zu beobachten, seien dies Golfer, Baboons od. exotische Vögel. Der Gasgrill ist top und wir haben allerlei darauf zubereitet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer sehr freundlich. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde immer zeitnah und kompetent Hilfe angeboten, eine großes Dankeschön dafür. Dasselbe gilt für die Crew vor Ort und das Houskeeping. Wir fühlten uns rundum gut betreut. Dank den kürzlich installierten Solarpanels und weiteren Vorkehrungen im Haus, war Loadshedding nie ein Problem für uns. Wir waren sehr happy im House Green 10 und werden schon bald wieder zurückkehren.

Wir haben es genossen

Von der Buchung bis zur Rückgabe des Schlüssels hat alles bestens geklappt. Da ich das Haus nur zwischenzeitlich gemietet habe, ist man immer ganz gespannt ob man alle nötigen Angaben und Unterlagen zur rechten Zeit erhält. Hat bestens geklappt. Danke. Der Besitzerfamilie ist viel daran gelegen dass man sich wohl fühlt. Auch Loadshedding kann mit den vorhandene Hilfsmittel recht gut überbrückt werden. Der Pool war sehr angenehm um sich schnell abzukühlen. Falls man Soforthilfe vor Ort braucht werden über Jacky vom Hauskeeping umgehend die nötigen Massnahmen eingeleitet. Ich kann dieses Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Relaxing Short Stay

This was our 2nd visit to the Pezula area, and we enjoyed it just as much. Comfortable home and amenities. The pool was heated perfectly so it was nice to use. Enjoyed our stay, in a great neighborhood with beautiful views and surrounding homes.

Perfect holiday.

We spent a week here around Christmas. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for a family of 8 people. The communication with the owner was very easy and the check in was straightforward. The house is located in a resort about 10min outside of knysna. Not much restaurants in the area but easily accessible by car. All on all, it was a great stay and we were very happy and have no complaints! Would definitely come back here again when we are in the area.

Wunderschön und erholsam

Wir haben das Haus im Februar für 10 Tage gemietet und wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung ist sehr gepflegt, hochwertig und gemütlich. Auch die Lage und Aussicht ist einfach toll. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und erholt. Zur Ungebung ist zu sagen das wir einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Aktivitäten und Erkundungen an der Garden Route hatten. Vielen Dank an Familie Ringle die immer für uns und unsere Fragen da waren.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus vom ersten Augenblick an wohl und auch sicher gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick auf den Golfplatz ist zugleich wunderschön und unterhaltsam. Unser persönliches Highlight im Winter waren der beheizte Pool und die Terrasse, auf der man den ganzen Tag Sonne hat.
