$800 USD/month 65 Flamingo (Price is negotiable for the right tenant). Are you a retired construction, plumber, painter, electrician worker and not the kind that wants to sit around everyday doing nothing? If so, I have some jobs that can help offset the rent. I originally purchased this house with the intent of mom and dad moving into the lower North Unit, but dad passed away Labor Day and not sure if mom will go down without him. Fellow Alaskan?
