The enchanting panoramic view of the sea will delight you in this spacious, simply but pleasantly furnished holiday home. It is located in the small village of Rovanjska, right next to the main road, so you can easily reach the surrounding villages and all facilities. It consists of two separate residential units connected by external stairs. On the beautiful plot there is a pool that offers pleasant refreshment and at the same time a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. Relax on the large terrace with a book or a glass of excellent homemade wine. For active holidaymakers, this region offers many leisure activities such as hiking, cycling or various water sports. For those looking for a rich cultural heritage, we recommend a visit to the city of Zadar, only 33 km away, or the historic town of ibenik.

Мы с друзьями бронировали дом на три семьи , 6 взрослых и 5 детей. В доме два этажа . На первом этаже 2 комнаты для 4 человек, одна ванная с туалетом и стиральной машиной , 1 душевая с туалетом . На втором этаже кухня совмещённая с залом и 4 спальни . В трёх спальнях есть душевая и туалет. Для 4 спальни есть отдельная душевая с туалетом. Большой балкон с видом на море, с возможностью сушить бельё. Терраса с большим столом , грилем. Бассейн с душем на улице. 5 лежанок. Дорога до моря примерно 400 метров . Подниматься на верх в гору. Есть возможность доезжать до пляжа на машине. В посёлке есть 2 небольших магазина , 2 киоска с булочками. На пляже есть возможность поесть и покушать.

Das Haus ist groß, die Anlage ist Wunderschön.

Das Haus ist groß, die Anlage ist Wunderschön. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Was gut war, dass im unteren Wohnbereich noch ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach steht. Die Küche ist im oberen Wohnbereich, aber für uns war es kein Problem. Auf dem großen Balkon konnte man mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick frühstücken. Ein paar Minuspunkte, dass einige Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig sind.Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl im Haus gefühlt und hatten zwei schöne Wochen in Kroatien verbracht.
