Several families who want to travel together can book these apartments together. Apartment CDF537 is located on the first floor, while CDF538 and CDF539 are on the second floor, and all have a limited view of the sea and the town of Makarska. In front of the house there is the common terrace with barbecue and playground equipment for children. You can reach the city center with the diverse offer in a few minutes drive.

The house is very nice, spacious, clean.

The house is very nice, spacious, clean. Beautiful view from the balkony or the roof. The owners are very nice and helpful. Beds are very big and comfortable. The only inconvenience is the high. Who like to climb in the mountains would be happy, who doesn't- a car is a must ( to go to the Beach and the city center). But a location is perfect for people who love peace and quiet. And I would also suggest climatization in every room, not only one.

The house is very nice, spacious, clean.

The house is very nice, spacious, clean. Beautiful view from the balkony or the roof. The owners are very nice and helpful. Beds are very big and comfortable. The only inconvenience is the high. Who like to climb in the mountains would be happy, who doesn't- a car is a must ( to go to the Beach and the city center). But a location is perfect for people who love peace and quiet. Wir waren in der Hauptsaison (17.

Wir waren in der Hauptsaison (17.08-31.08.24) dort. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, modern eingerichtet und geräumig, alles nötige ist gut vorhanden, einzige was fehlte waren Weingläser 😉. Klimaanlage ist nur eine im Wohn-Esszimmer vorhanden aber in jedem Schlafraum ein moderner Ventilator. Dusche muss ich erwähnen ist nur eine Handbrause ohne oben liegende Wandhalterung ABER der Wasserdruck war ein Traum 👍👍👍 (hatten wir so bisher noch in keiner Wohnung). Der Ausblick ist etwas eingeschränkt aufs Meer (ist bekannt aus Beschreibung). Sonnenuntergänge trotzdem ein Traum. Die Wohnung liegt sehr weit oben. Die Strecke zum Strand und Zentrum wäre laufbar wenn man gut zu Fuß ist aber nur nach unten 😉, hoch ist es sehr sehr mühselig 😅, daher besser mit Auto. Makarska selbst hat einige Stände die leider sehr überlaufen sind, nur schwer erreichbar oder FKK. Wer das mag, ist hier definitiv richtig. An und Abreise ohne Probleme. Vermieterin (war nicht vor Ort, Kontakt per Telefon) geringfügig deutschsprachig und Englisch, war sehr nett. Ihr Vater (auch nett) der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, spricht leider nur kroatisch aber er hat seine Tochter angerufen und man konnte alles klären. 👍 Anmeldung erfolgt über App (QR-Code) Alles im allem passte wirklich alles. 👍👍👍
