Beautiful apartment in the sought-after area of Corcovada in Albufeira, in the most sought-after building because it is more central (block 39), with a large terrace (35m2) bathed in sunlight with direct access to the swimming pool.

The apartment is located 1km from the Strip, 2km from Oura beach, 5mn drive from the old centre and close to many restaurants. It offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living/dining room, has a south-facing terrace with direct access to the 2 swimming pools and the beautiful outdoor gardens.

The whole family will feel comfortable in this large apartment, elegant with its refined decoration, with 2 bedrooms (one of them convertible into an office), a large bathroom with 2 showers, a TV connected to cable and a kitchen with quality and complete equipment.

Please note that:

- For a check-in after 8pm and until 11pm a late arrival fee will be applied for an amount of 30€.

- After 11pm the late arrival fee is 50€.

- A tourist tax of 2€/person/night will be paid at check-in (tax collected by the owner and donated to the Albufeira City Council). With a maximum of 7 nights.

- In addition, a deposit of 300€ will be requested before check-in and will be returned after check-out

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Albufeira. Everything was perfect — the apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We would happily book again in the future and would like to say a huge thanks to the host for letting us have this opportunity to stay.
