Imagine being nestled in a key west style unit which is fully furnished turn key just a few minutes walk to pristine Siesta key beach and the hopping Siesta key village. The Surf Shack has its own unique entrance through the driveway and privacy fence. The cottage has just been updated with a new kitchen, granite counter tops, new microwave, vanity, painted inside and out, and a gas grill. The cottage has everything you need to enjoy yourself. Full kitchen, bath with fiberglass shower, outside hot and cold shower when you come back from the beach There is a mini split air conditioner, stacked washer/dryer .just HULU and ROKU TV and 500/500 wireless internet are available. You can use your own Netflix or Amazon prime to stream everything. SIESTA KEY has FREE TROLLYS THAT RUN FROM THE VILLAGE TO THE SOUTH END OF THE KEY.

Enjoy my private dock to fish, crab, or launch a kayak if you like. At sunset, stroll up to the beach to watch the amazing sunsets every night. Go enjoy oysters and a beer at Siesta Key Oyster Bar. My favorite is the clam chowder at Captain Curt's near the south bridge... it is awesome. There are lots of great restaurants and shops all over the village. They are all just a short walk or quick ride by bike. There is outdoor patio furniture and a gas grill all under a huge oak tree. This is island living at its best. Note. Trash goes out on Wednesday mornings, blue large cart is for paper, plastic and metal. The other large cart is for everything else.

Originally lived out here but needed more space.... loved the location to the beach and near the heart of the village.

What makes this property unique

Close to everything, private dock, very private location.. Outside h/c shower for returning from the beach. Solar outdoor led umbrella, patio set with grill and lounge chairs. I provide beach chairs umbrellas and beach cart to my guests.
