Our newly renovated apartment "Rheinisches Nizza" is only separated by a quiet street in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine and thus allows a direct view of the wonderful backdrop on our doorstep.

The apartment is on the ground floor of our family house and has a separate entrance and a parking space directly in front of the apartment. In the courtyard there is the possibility to park bicycles protected.

Directly in front of the apartment you can get to a bike path that you can use e.g. B. through the picturesque Lahn Valley to Bad Ems (approx. 25 km) or along the Rhine to Boppard (approx. 25 km). The city center of Koblenz can be reached either on foot along the Rhine (approx. 30 minutes), by bus, which leaves approx. 50 m away (approx. 10 minutes) or by bike (approx. 10 minutes).

Wonderful apartment in Koblenz

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked with a delightful view of the Rhine. It is conveniently located near the bus line and also within walking distance of the center of Koblenz and grocery store. Sandra was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Koblenz and this apartment. Die Wohnung war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet und hatte einen herrlichen Blick auf den Rhein. Sie liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der Buslinie und auch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Koblenz und einem Lebensmittelgeschäft entfernt. Sandra war sehr freundlich und einladend. Ich kann Koblenz und diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Toller Aufenthalt in traumhafter Lage

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch die Vermieter sind ein Traum. Der Check-in wurde unkompliziert geregelt und wir konnten die Wohnung bereits um 13 Uhr beziehen. So startete das lange Wochenende perfekt und wir konnten direkt nach Ankunft noch den restlichen Tag zur Erkundung von Koblenz nutzen. Die Lage ist Top direkt am Rhein, besser geht es einfach nicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Unterkunft mit traumhaften Blick auf den Rhein

Haben uns super wohlgefühlt in dieser schicken Ferienwohnung. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen und hatten schöne Tage am Rhein-Mosel mit den Fahrrädern verbracht. Vielen Dank auch an die Vermieter, für die tolle Einrichtung der Wohnung , da fehlte an nichts !!!! Werden uns auf jedenfalls wieder sehen.

Besser als bei Freunden

Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert, Die Gastgeberfamilie empfing uns mehr als gastfreundlich, obwohl wir zu spaet waren. super nett; wir fuehlten uns sofort wohl. Die Kueche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mehr als man erwarten kann; das Schlafzimmer gemuettlich eingerichtet und das Doppelbett sehr komfortabel, das Badzimmer sehr schoen und mit ausreichenden, kuschligen Handtuechern versehen. Alles war super sauber. Die Lage und die Aussicht direkt auf den Rhein sind vortrefflich; der Privatparkplatz ist fantastisch, Kein Stress mit Parkgeld oder Platz; Im Innenhof konnten wir gemuettlich sitzen und fruehstuecken und unsere Fahrraeder hinstellen. Das Appartement ist schoener als man auf den Photos vermuten wuerde. Also wir haben ein 2tes neues zu Hause gefunden.

Umgebung gut für unsere Verhältnisse aber viel zu laut .

Waren mit der Wohnung zu frieden, nur es war zu laut, keine Nacht geschlafen. Wir fanden dafür war es zu teuer. Strasse der Rhein mit den Schiffen und die Bahn. Ansonsten war es schön konnten sehr viel unter nehmen. Aber schlechtem Wetter??????? Auch Familie Neumann war sehr nett standen bei Fragen immer Rede und Antwort. Lg Fam. Krapat

Perfekt men med meget trafikstøj

Det er en perfekt og hyggelig lejlighed med alle tekniske og moderne hjælpemidler. Familien Neumann er meget gæstfrie, vedlige, hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Beliggenheden direkte ned til Rhinen er perfekt, dog er der meget trafik og støj fra den tilsyneladende lille vej, der løber parallel med huset. Den kan nedbringes betydeligt, hvis vinduerne holdes lukket. Det var dog ikke anbefalelsesværdigt i vores tilfælde med over 35 grader og ingen vind og dagen, og ikke under 22 grader om natten.

Schöne Aussicht

In dieser schönen Erdgeschosswohnung kann man sich sehr wohl fühlen. Eine bestens ausgestatte Küche. Von allen Fenstern Blick auf den wunderschönen Rhein. Sehr nett fanden wir die Geste mit den Getränken im Kühlschrank, findet man nicht überall! Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Gerne mal ein Pläuschchen und geben Tipps für die nähere Umgebung.

Great river view apartment

This was our first experience in Germany and Sandra made it a great one! Upon arrival at the train station- Sandra offered to pick us up since it was chilly and raining! She pointed out how to navigate the city and where a great path along the river. She left plenty of recommendations and was attentive to our questions.

Toller Blick auf den Rhein

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Besonders der tolle Blick auf den Rhein hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich, alles war rundum super!

Die Wohnung ist einfach bezaubernd, es fehlt an nix. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es macht den Eindruck von Erstbezug. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und beraten die Urlauber gern. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Koblenz und kommen gern wieder.
