Between valleys, forests and charming villages, this area invites you to slow down and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Just a short distance away, the Arifat Waterfalls are among the Tarn's most remarkable natural attractions, offering a refreshing escape during the summer months. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the many walking trails, including the GR®36, located just 300 metres from the cottage. The property is also ideally situated for exploring the spectacular granite landscapes of the Sidobre, the UNESCO World Heritage city of Albi with its impressive Episcopal City, and Castres, famous for its colourful houses lining the banks of the River Agout. Nearby Saint-Pierre-de-Trivisy offers a wide range of leisure activities, including an adventure park, water park, wellness centre, mini-golf and tennis courts. Fishing enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy, with numerous rivers and lakes renowned for trout fishing, such as the Dadou River, Lake Bancalié and Lake Razisse. An ideal location for combining nature walks, cultural discoveries and local gastronomy. Situated on the edge of the hamlet, this fully renovated detached stone house stands within a fenced and wooded garden of approximately 3,000 m². The ground floor features a bright and welcoming living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge with sofa and armchair. Reversible air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, complemented by a wood-burning stove set within the fireplace (firewood provided). A shower room and separate WC are also located on this level. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: - One bedroom with one 140 × 190 cm double bed - One bedroom with one 140 × 190 cm double bed - One bedroom with one 120 × 190 cm bed The well-shaded terrace is perfect for outdoor dining, while the swing and table tennis table will delight both children and adults. Private parking is available on site. An electric vehicle charging point is also provided. Baby equipment is available on request. Bed linen, towels and an end-of-stay cleaning service are available as optional extras. Here, nature sets the pace. At an altitude of 550 metres, between the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park and the Sidobre, this cottage is nestled in a lush green setting, surrounded by wide open spaces and an atmosphere of peace and relaxation.
