Unique villa, 70 meters from the sea, with infinity pool and stunning views, in the middle of untouched nature

On the island of Krk, near the town of Krk, is Villa Natura, a hidden gem, the seafront, its decoration, beautiful views and pristine nature will delight each guest with its location.
The villa is located on a plot of 16 000 m2 and guarantees total privacy and tranquility. There are no neighbors. The road to the villa is well-maintained gravel road (no asphalt), 3 kilometers long. At the villa is a newly richter macadam surrounded by olive trees, which is why he has earned the title "Olive-". Villa Natura has 2 bedrooms, each with double bed, 2 bathrooms and outdoor shower, and 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, so the villa can accommodate 5 people. The kitchen is equipped with modern furniture and has a stove, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine. The house has its own electricity supply via sun collectors.
The living room opens onto a large terrace with sofas and BBQ, and an infinity pool that offers beautiful views, and in which you will enjoy your free time surely. Sometimes you can enjoy the view of the dolphins that often swim in front of the villa. Everywhere there are many olive trees and Mediterranean plants and are next to the house stairs leading directly to the sea.
300 meters from the villa, is a bay with a beautiful pebble beach, and just 1 km away is an excellent restaurant serving seafood and local specialties. The nearest shop is located in Vrh (4 km), and the city of Krk is only 6 km away. There you will find a variety of attractions for children, a variety of entertainment content, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches. From the villa you can reach all destinations on the island by car within 15-20 minutes.

Tolle Villa mit gigantischem Blick, in absolut ruhiger Lage und mit privatem Meerzugang
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa. Die Villa ist nicht sehr groß, aber platzmäßig völlig ausreichend, da wir die überwiegende Zeit draußen verbringen konnten. Wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern ersichtlich, befindet sich hier eine große, überdachte Terrasse und anschließend der Süßwasser-Pool. Die Aussicht hier ist gigantisch und über eine Treppe hat man einen privaten Meerzugang. Einfach toll. Wer Ruhe finden möchte, ist hier absolut richtig. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich keine weiteren Häuser und die Zufahrt erfolgt über einen längeren Schotterweg. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter kamen täglich früh morgens, um nach dem Pool zu sehen und brachten uns täglich die bestellten Frühstücksbrötchen mit. Einfach ein toller Service. Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über eine PV-Anlage mit Batteriespeicher und das Wasser wird mittels Solaranlage erzeugt. Lästig waren nur die kleinen Ameisen in der Küche und in den Schlafzimmern war es trotz Ventilator sehr warm. Insgesamt war es für uns ein toller, erholsamer und unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

Entspannte Ferien in der Villa Natura
Die Vermieter des Objekts waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Der Kontakt lief immer reibungslos! Das Objekt selbst liegt mitten im Olivenhain. Ziemlich einsam, aber genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist super. Neben den üblichen Küchenutensilien gab es einen Gasgrill, eine Waschmaschine und auch einen Geschirrspüler. Der Zugang zum Meer ist über einige Treppen unproblematisch möglich. Fussläufig findet man eine traumhafte und nicht überlaufende Bucht in der man wunderbar baden und tauchen kann. In der Nähe befindet sich eine kleine, Familienbetriebene Taverne in der man wunderbar speisen kann. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche!

Wonderful place !
Amazing views! Very hospitable hosts. A comfortable house for one family - 2 bedrooms and a couch in the living room. Great pool. Private stairs to the sea. There are no neighbours around. Perfect place if you are looking for peace and quiet. 2 small beaches nearby, about 10 minutes on foot, then through the woods. About 20 minutes by car several restaurants to choose from. We recommend the "konoba Oliva" tavern in Nenandići - delicious fish and seafood, good pizza.
