Ground floor, entrance and garage. Upstairs, large kitchen giving on the terrace of 10 m², sofa bed, bedroom with bed 160, shower - wc, bedroom mezzanine with 2 beds 90. Dry laundry and barbecue. Reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and animal accepted conditionally. Gite in a fishing village on the edge of ponds, 8 km from Narbonne, and 23 km from Gruissan beach. Terrace facing South with views of other villas and private garage for a car. The cottage is located on the first floor and offers all the comforts and facilities in a modern atmosphere. Walks around the pond at 500 m, shops and restaurants in the village. 2 bikes available. Base the nautical 8 km.
