Next to the street of the village, house adjoining to the owner's residence including a cottage near two extra cottages. Ground floor: living room with kitchenette (sofa bed for 2 people), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160), bathroom giving in 1 bedroom, toilet. Enclosed garden with trees, terrace (garden room, shared barbecue), access to the private swimming pool of the owner. On the Roussillon plain, between sea and mountains, in the immediate vicinity of Spain, an ideal location to explore and discover the charms of our beautiful Catalonia, before enjoying a refreshing swim in the shared pool.
