Located in the exclusive new Sanctuary at Keystone, this luxury styled home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, private hot tub, heated garage, and central Keystone location just a short drive, walk or shuttle to the ski slopes, and local bars and restaurants. Modern mountain minimalist furnishings, stunning views, and designer finishes from top to bottom this paired home is the perfect luxury mountain escape.

The main level of the home features vaulted ceilings, a spacious open kitchen with huge island, wet bar for entertaining, dining and living area. Picture windows face west for stunning sunset views of the mountains. The main living area has a large screen TV with Sonos sound bar, fireplace, custom geode table, and wet bar with sink, and temperature controlled beverage refrigerator. Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, large island and six burner gas range. The dining area features stunning mountain views, and dining table seating 8. There is additional bar seating at the island for 4. The main level has a large deck with gas grill, and smaller side deck with private hot tub. There is half bathroom on the main level.

The main level primary suite has a King size bed, full bathroom with soaking tub, separate glass rainfall shower, double vanity, walk in closet and views to the east. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, each with a full private bathroom. There is an office loft with seating, desk and workspace. The upstairs primary bedroom has a King size bed, large screen TV with Sonos, en-suite bathroom with 2-person glass shower, double vanity, and walk in closet. The other bedroom upstairs has a Queen size bed, private bathroom with glass rainfall shower.

Downstairs the first floor level has a private second living area with large screen TV. Bedroom 4 downstairs has a Full size bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway. Plenty of ski, boot and gear storage and 2 car heated garage.

Fantastic Property with Great Location

My family of 8 spent 7 days skiing recently and really enjoyed this spacious property. House was very clean and comfortable. Located very close to parking lot of ski resort.

Great stay in Keystone

There were 4 of us in town for a conference. This rental was perfect. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Each of us had our own bathroom which was nice. The kitchen is fantastic. Can’t wait to come back next year.

We loved the place. I have zero complaints, which is rare. If I had to suggest one thing it would be to bring yourself a pillow for bed if you don't prefer the long decorative variety, but you'll love it regardless. I did.

perfect fit

My kids and I loved this place. Very clean, modern with a touch of rustic. We appreciated the extra fans in the rooms, the full kitchen set to cook anything we wanted. The Jaccuzzi and grill was great to have too. We didn't realize until after we bought some but they also had sleds to use (we left ours for the next guests)

Beautiful Home Great Location 2 Slopes

Form the private heated garage, to the perfectly designed split level floor plan - this home leaves nothing to be desired. Keyless entry made check in easy which is a plus in my book. The hot tub was fabulous and lended great views of the slopes. Only suggestion would be to replace main living area sofa or cushions. We will definitely rebook again!

Nice townhome

We really liked the layout of this 3 level townhome. The first level has its own bedroom and living area so it was perfect for my 20 year old son to spread out. The 2nd level (main level) has a master suite off of the kitchen and access to the hot tub porch. Pretty views from the living room. The 3rd level has 2 bedrooms and a small open area. The elevator was nice for moving luggage up and down. Great place!

Jmom vacation

We had a wonderful week. The management team was very responsive to every question we had. The townhome is gorgeous and a perfect location to everything in the area. I wish the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor had black out curtains to keep them cooler on warmer summer months but we managed. There could be more outdoor seating since the house can sleep 8 and there are only 3 chairs outside but other than that we had a fantastic stay and would stay again.

Wonderful property close to Breckinridge!!

We spent five nights in this wonderful property with our family over Labor Day. The pictures and descriptions were exactly as described. The condo was perfect and had lots of great features! Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were spa-like with huge walk-in showers and the kitchen table and island were perfect for family games and cards! Also, the management company was outstanding, they were very responsive to all questions and their communication was too-notch with the check-in and check-out process. Lastly, the elevator was a life saver. We were able to take our handicap parent with us and with the elevator they were able to get around just like in their own home. We are ready to book a return trip and highly recommend this property to families of all ages!!

Colorado Mountain Fall break

This is a gorgeous modern well equipped mountain property with a great location. This 3 level home is specious and was perfect for our family. My wife and I enjoyed our time with our three adult children, their spouses and our two young grandchildren. This property has four full baths to go with the four bedrooms. We cooked each day and loved the kitchen. The private hot tub was enjoyed by all. The balconies prove such amazing views. The ski slopes are visible from the windows and balconies. The elevator was such an asset to bring in our luggage and get up and down to each level. The large 2 car garage was a plus and there was plenty of additional parking space. We visited Breckenridge and Vail and all the surrounding towns. It is such a great property that we are starting to plan a winter ski retreat. I highly recommend this property. Everyone that visits here will want to return

The best place to relax
