The location was perfect. Close to stores and modern conviences, but far enough away so that one can enjoy the peaceful Georgia Mountains. Also, the views were amazing, and it was so nice to sit out on the pourch/deck and hear the soothing sounds of the creek. We were even lucky enough to see deer at the creek each morning. The cabin is so well equipped. Plenty of room, and we had hours of fun in the basement game room. Also, the owner was very responsive any time we had a question.

We had a great stay over Christmas break. The cabin was close to town yet remote enough to where you felt distanced from the town. It was off a side road so no traffic. In fact I don’t recall a single car going by. It has a nice view of the mountains from the front porch, very peaceful and lots of rocking chairs. The cabin had a bear theme and I challenge you to find all the bears in and outside the place, really remarkable. Our college aged boys loved the game room downstairs with pool, darts, jukebox etc. with a huge couch and giant tv. It was a nice way for all of us to bond together. The beds were comfortable and the house was just what we were looking for. Overall a nice getaway.

Great rental

Our family, including our dogs enjoyed the home. Great yard for the dogs and wonderful view from the front porch. Fully stocked kitchen including condiments in the fridge. We enjoyed our evening visit to Bell Mountain for the sunset, that is a must! Overall, great location, great amenities, and great basement game room.

Well appointed with a view

Easy communication. Easy check in. Everything was great and the cabin had everything you need. Kids loved the games in the basement and the porch was great to relax on. I would recommend.

Such a perfect place to stay for this Florida family to experience the Fall. Gorgeous view and amazing game room, the kids so enjoyed the SkeeBall and darts and all the games and jukebox. They loved discovering all the bear decor throughout the cabin. Amy was very helpful and responsive! Couldn’t recommend this beautiful place more.

This cabin was beautiful and very clean! It was well equipped with everything both inside and out.

Renting this beautiful mountain cabin with views of Lake Chatuge and majestic mountains was an easy process. The owners were very helpful and responded if we had a question. We experienced no issues at all. 🙂 They had a credenza with a plethora of information about the area, including local restaurants and recreational sites. The cabin was well appointed with all items needed for a great mountain escape. Mere pictures cannot capture the beautiful view. No matter where I stood on the wrap around porch, the view was always amazing! Having stayed at many cabins over the years this one gets an A+ for cleanliness! We felt right at home and comfortable.

Beautiful property that was very well equipped. The owners reply quickly. We all loved the game room, plenty of areas to sleep, and the porch with the beautiful views. Our dog loved the fenced yard the most. It was hard to leave the property!

Great place to stay with beautiful views

Our long weekend was wonderful staying in this gorgeous house with breathtaking views of the mountains. The house was clean, king size bed super comfortable. Amy was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Mountain Home

Amazing Stay!!

Had a great time in this cabin! Absolutely beautiful views of the surrounding area. The cabin is fully equipped with everything needed to have a fun and relaxing stay. Very comfortable beds and the coolest drink glassware. A few minutes to Bell Mountain and a short drive to Brasstown Bald Mountain. Will definitely be back to Amy's cabin. 😊

We live south of the cabin in Georgia and enjoy our time in Hiawassee. Originally from Upstate NY we enjoy the weather in the south as well as the good ole southern hospitality. We love being a host and offering our gorgeous property for families to enjoy to create life long memories. When family and friends visit us the first place we take them is to Hiawassee.

Why they chose this property

Bell Mountain is beautiful and the cabin is conveniently located close to town, shops and restaurants. The view of Brasstown Bald and Lake Chatuge from the front porch is breath taking. We enjoy many hours in the rocking chairs just taking in the views and listening to the babbling creek that runs alongside the cabin.

What makes this property unique

Our property has it all! Fully stocked kitchen, grill, amply space, game room, fenced yard, firepit and more! The views are beautiful anytime of the year and there is so much to do within minutes of the cabin.
