About this property
Modern 1800's Cape House
Our updated 1800's Cape House is located just under a mile from downtown Gorham.
20 minutes to Portland.
Ski, swim, shop, eat, leaf peep, hike, the activities nearby are endless.
Our house was built in the 1800's and moved to the lot it sits on about 30 years ago. Being an older house there are plenty of quirks about the space but we hope you enjoy it's old charm. Most all furniture and spaces are newly updated.
Just under a mile walk to downtown Gorham. Walk to bowling alley, restaurants, and shops. Gorham has some of the best mountain biking around, there is an extensive trail system you can hike or bike right next to our house. Neighbors in close proximity in backyard. We are in a safe, quiet neighborhood setting.
