Brand new in 2022! This 500 sq ft studio in the lower level of my home is perfect for couples or solo travelers.

You'll have privacy and room to relax or cook a meal. You'll have your own separate heating and cooling for your comfort.

My home is about a 5 mile drive from highway 70 in Wright City with the last 1/8 mile being on gravel.

Located approximately 13 miles from Wentzville, 20 miles from O'Fallon, 6 miles from Warrenton and 17 miles from Troy.
