Great apartment.
We stayed at this place for a week while visiting relatives in Saarbrücken. The apartment is pretty spacious, very well equipped, and within a short walking distance to center city. It is also a few min walk to the river park. We didn’t use the garage, as it is a little tight, so we just parked rental car on a stret right up front of it. The location is a bit noisy, but that’s expected, considering how close it is to everything.
Markus is very pleasant and helpful.
Overall, I would stay here again.

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter hat uns freundlich begrüßt und uns in kurzen Worten das Wichtigste erklärt.
Bei der Abreise haben wir den Schlüssel in der Wohnung zurückgelegt.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Une semaine à Saarebruck
Appartement très fonctionnel. Proche du centre, accès rapide à pied (10 mn environ). Galeries commerçantes toutes proches pour faire ses courses, très pratique. Et en plus, à 10 mn de la gare à pied. Vraiment très bien. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Christine et Eric.

verkehrsgünstig gelegene Wohnung
Wir haben eine Wohnung gesucht, die für Ausflüge in das Umland von Saarbrücken günstig gelegen war. Wir haben die Wohnung sauber vorgefunden - abgesehen von der Anzahl der Handtücher (je ein Badelaken und zwei kleine Gästetücher pro Person... wir hatten das vorher schon gelesen und uns Handtücher mitgebracht) hat es dort an nichts gefehlt.
Unmittelbar vor dem Wohnzimmer verläuft die Straßenbahn, so dass es bei einer Nutzung des Wohnzimmers als zweitem Schlafraum in diesem Raum doch etwas unruhig ist. Das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten heraus ruhig gelegen.
Zur Wohnung gehört eine Garage, die auf Grund der zentralen Lage auch bitter nötig ist. Die Übernahme der Wohnung ist völlig unproblematisch abgelaufen. Der Vermieter hat uns in Empfang genommen, alles erläutert und uns dann erklärt, dass wir die Schlüssel bei der Abreise einfach auf dem Wohnzimmertisch ablegen können.
Insgesamt, auch in der Kommunikation vorab, ist der Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung in recht zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung mit Garage ist gut erreichbar, auch zu Fuß von der Innenstadt heraus. Nachts ist recht viel los.
Die Wohnung ist schön möbliert und gepflegt. Man kann sehr gut zuTouren ins Umland gelangen. Das Kinozentrum ist direkt um die Ecke.

Urlaub in Saarbrücken
Die stadtnahe Ferienwohnung inkl. der Garage war für uns perfekt. Von dort aus haben wir viele Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad entlang der Saar und zu Fuß ins schöne und vielseitige Saarbrücken unternommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben die Wohnung angenehm modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie haben sehr gut mitgedacht und stellen alles hilfreiche zur Verfügung. Wir konnten sogar einen Babystuhl und einen Flaschenwärmer nutzen. Einfach Klasse. Die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr sauber und wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr geschickt und nach kurzem Spaziergang ist man mitten in Saarbrücken. Durch die Garage gibt es keine Schwierigkeiten mit einem Parkplatz. Das Schlafzimmer liegt auf der straßenabgewewandten Seite und ist angenehm ruhig.
Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nutzen, wenn wir in Saarbrücken sind.

Tolle Wohnung für kurz oder lang!
Ich habe 4 Wochen hier verbracht und fühlte mich in dieser Zeit ganz wie zuhause. Mit der Garage und nur 5min Laufentfernung zur Fußgängerzone ist es die ideale Wohnung egal ob für kurz oder lang. Man hat genug Platz und alles was man braucht, alles war sauber. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

Eine gut gelegene Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen gut geeignet, jeder hat seinen Rückzugsraum. Die Lage ist zentral, man ist zu Fuß in 5min im Einkaufszentrum "Galerie" und direkt danach in der Fußgängerzone. Durch die Straßenbahn ist es allerdings nach vorn recht laut. Eine Garage gehört zur Wohnung, für Motorräder ideal. WLAN und Fernsehen haben perfekt funktioniert. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Eine Wohnung wo es an nichts fehlt und sehr sauber ist. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer. Zentral gelegen um zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad die Innenstadt oder die Saar zu erreichen.Jeder Zeit gerne wieder.
