Apartment in the city of Zadar- right on the sea,
Our comfortable (air-conditioned) apartment is approximately 85m2 in size and has space for 4-5 people.
With 2 separate bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen and balcony with sea view, satellite TV, internet (WiFi) and air conditioning.
Near the house about 250 m, is the beach, supermarket, bakery, bank, beach coffee bars, restaurant (everything you need for a cozy holiday).
The house has its own parking lot (up to 12 cars), no reservation is necessary, the parking lot is free for our guests.

If you need more information, no problem, we speak German and are happy to help.

A Peaceful Stay In Zadar

Linda’s apartment has a terrace with a sea view. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fridge, and ac in main living area. 10 minute walk to calm beach and tommy market. She made us some tasty little pastries. Yummm!

Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die ruhige Wohnung bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht und ist nur wenige Auto Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Ein Strand ist Fuß läufig erreichbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war für eine Familie mit Kind ausreichend. Linda und Mario sind sehr sehr nette Gastgeber und kontaktfreudig. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, vielen lieben Dank

Nach einem sehr freundlichen Empfang durch unsere liebe Gastgeberin hatten wir wunderbare Tage in Zadar, eine schöne Stadt und gute Basis für schöne Tagesausflüge . Die Unterkunft liegt wenige Fußminuten vom Meer (unbedingt Schwimmschuhe und Tauchernbrille mitnehmen!)

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Es hat uns bei der Familie Vukusin sehr gefallen. Unterkunft ist einfach aber sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon wunderschön. Das Meer gleich um die Ecke. Viele Ideen für Unternehmungen wie Kletterwald, Bootstouren, Altstadt Zadar, die Wasserfälle und noch vieles mehr. Es war rundum ein toller Urlaub mit ganz lieben Vermietern. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefüllt.

A most lovely stay

Our stay at Kinda and Mario's house was lovely. The apartment had a stunning sea view and corresponded to all our needs. The area is calm and at the same time near the beach, and restaurants, shops, bakery. The contact with Linda and Mario was very pleasant, they were friendly, warm, helpful and contributed by their personality to a wonderful stay.

Nice place, far from the old town

My sisters and I stayed here while on vacation traveling around Croatia. Booking this property and communicating with the owner was very easy. They responded quickly with answers to our questions and we were relieved when everything was confirmed. The furniture was outdated, but comfortable. The apartment is spacious and the view from the balcony was incredible. The apartment is right next to the water and it has free parking, which can be very difficult to find if you want to stay in the old part of the city. Getting to the old town is about a 15-20 minute drive. Although, the apartment was fine, we were hoping to be a little bit closer. to the old town Overall, we had a good experience staying here and would recommend it.

Very spacious apartment. Had all of the kitchen sundries needed to prepare meals. Air conditioning worked fine and had fans if you needed it cooler
