Galets et Coquillages - 5 min de la plage
Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 75 m² house with wifi (fibre optics), less than 3 km from the beach (5 minutes) and which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 37 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 250 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
NB: The house is located in a recent housing estate, where work is still in progress on the surroundings.
The accommodation comprises
- A 37 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bedroom with 2 single beds
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot.
Outside:
- A beautiful 250 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Fréhel, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe or St Malo
- Nearest airport: Rennes
