Lovely one storey house very clean, smart and spacious, large comfortable bed, with pretty decked garden and pool, long enough to swim several strokes, comfortable chairs and sun loungers. Completely private with off road parking.

Really nice Holiday house

Very nice house with private pool. Everything was very clean. The Communication with the owner was super, easy over whats app and evertime we had a quick answer. The village Istres was not our favorite, but the other villages around was very beautiful. Good to know, only 5 minute walk there is a backery. Also Supermarket is in a very short distance. The house was perfect.

Charmantes Apartment mit Pool

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche bei Patrick und Sandrine. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit einem kleinen Pool ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Alles sehr diskret, Vermieter nebenan, nie jemanden bemerkt. Grundstück nicht einsehbar. Anmietung ohne persönlichen Kontakt, Kommunikation unproblematisch. Bei Ankunft O-Saft u. selbstgebackener Kuchen. Hinten kleine Terrasse, von uns nicht genutzt, mit festem Sonnenschirm, Tisch, Stühlen. Vorn große Terrasse mit Pool, Sitzecke, Teppich, dreieckigem Sonnenschutz. Pool etwas kleiner als üblich, vollkommen ausreichend. Haus sehr sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet. TV im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer. WLAN, Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer. Gesicherter Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Unterkunft in reiner Wohngegend. Etwas unterhalb ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nette Innenstadt knapp 3 km entfernt. Im Mietpreis enthaltenes Strompaket mit 80 kW/h, mehrfach Hinweis auf Folgen bei Überschreitung. Wir hatten in unserer Woche 46 kW/h (unbeheizter Pool, einige Male Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine). Anregungen für kleine Verbesserungen: - Terrasse tagsüber fast ohne Schatten, Holz und Metallschrauben des Terrassenbodens und die Metallmöbel bei Sonne richtig heiß - mobiler Sonnenschirm oder Ähnliches wäre klasse, um diese Terrasse besser nutzen zu können. - Mückenschutz/Fliegengitter zumindest im Schlafzimmer. - An Hitzetagen im Schlafzimmer mangels Klimaanlage sehr warm - zumindest Ventilator wäre gut.

Genau so wie beschrieben! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Waren 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus und haben von da aus viele Ausflüge gemacht. Mann kann aber auch einfach nur mal einen Tag am Pool faulenzen!! Super essen kann man im kleinen Hafen. Zu Fuß eine halbe Stunde. Gibt aber auch Parkplätze vor Ort!! Thomas und Rita

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus war sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber und liess keine Wünsche übrig. Der Standort war auch sehr ideal, zum Einkaufszentrum, der Bäckerei, Steakhaus oder zum japanischen Restauranr, waren es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Zum Meer 20 Minuten mit dem Auto oder in die Camarque in ca. 65 Minuten. Wir haben vier Märkte und ein Outlet besucht und viele kleine Sachen eingekauft. Es hat viele Ausflugmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Alles in allem haben wir es sehr genossen und uns so richtig gut erhohlt. Wir danken unserem sehr freudlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, der uns auch viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben hat.

Ideaal vakantiehuis met 2, voor wie op zoek is naar rust, privacy. Echt genoten. Enige pech die we hadden was het weer. Maar daar heeft niemand vat op. Handig dichtbij alle winkels. Dankjewel voor het fijne ontvangst

Avons pu circuler à vélo, car des pistes cyclables a proximité. Commerces proches. Région à découvrir, localisation calme. Logement exceptionnel.

Gerne wieder

Es war alles super vom Vermieter organisiert. Die Kommunikation in deutscher Sprache perfekt. Ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Der Pool war top. Wir wurden mit einer Osterleckerei, einem Kuchen und einem Drink begrüßt. Das haben wir in der Form noch nicht erlebt. Die im Portal angegebene Diskretion wurde zu 100% eingehalten. Wir haben nur eine Kleinigkeit zu bemängeln, dass die Abreise bereits bis 9:00 Uhr zu erfolgen hat, da um 9:05 Uhr die Reinigungskraft ins Haus wollte. Danke an das Vermieterpaar für die schöne Zeit.

Entspannte Tage in Istres

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft hat uns äußerst gefallen. Die Kommunikation vom Check-in bis zum Check-out ist perfekt organisiert, das Haus ist super sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!!

Excellent accueil avec cocktail et gâteau maison de bienvenue, Propreté irréprochable, très bien équipée, Piscine appréciable pour se rafraîchir, Excellent emplacement pour visiter la région : Camargue, Miramas Le Vieux (excellents restaurants), Les saintes Maries de la mer, Aigues-Mortes...). Traumhafter Erholungsurlaub

Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Check-In und Check-Out für alle Sprachen optimal arrangiert. Tolles Haus mit Klimaanlage und wunderschönem privaten Pool. Moderne Einrichtung. Blickdichter Außenbereich. Sehr ruhige Lage, perfekt zum Erholen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Toller, sauberer, romantischer Strand, auch mit Wassersportangebot, am Etange de Berre in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es ist wirklich für jeden was dabei, nicht zuletzt die schönen Märkte. Wieder nach Hause zu fahren ist uns sehr schwer gefallen, aber wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Super mooi moderne nette vakantiewoning !

Een prachtige mooie nette onderhouden moderne vakantiewoning met gezellig terras en een leuk zwembadje om even af te koelen. De verhuurders zijn super vriendelijk, altijd bereikbaar en heel discreet. A lovely villa for the perfect getaway to explore Provence

Having recently returned from a relaxing week away, we can only agree with the other positive reviews. We were greeted with a cake and fresh orange juice in the fridge which was delightful after our flight. The villa is modern and clean with all the amenities you could need. The house has absolute privacy and feels very secure. The pool is perfect to cool off in after a day in the sun. There is space outside the property for one car behind an electric gate. We recommend hiring a car to explore to area fully, although there are amenities nearby that you can walk to. The hosts were always on hand to answer any question we had prior to our arrival and while we were staying at the property. In summary, we definitely recommend staying if you are looking for a relaxing week in the sun with gorgeous surroundings to explore.

Mooi vakantiehuis met gebreken

Het huis is op zich heel leuk. Prima lay out en fijne sfeer. Nadeel is dat het in een buitenwijk ligt zonder voorzieningen. Je moet dus wel een eindje rijden voor een supermarkt. Istres centrum mist leuke winkeltjes en goede restaurants, maar als we betere research hadden gedaan hadden we dat kunnen weten. Maar het allerergste was dat de oven en kookplaat niet naar behoren werkte. Alles elektrisch en toen we vroegen hoe e.e.a weer werkzaam te krijgen kregen we te horen dat ze dat niet wisten omdat ze zelf op gas kookten. Daarom zijn we na 3 dagen vertrokken. We hadden ons zo verheugd op lekker koken. Maar na 3 dagen brood met kaas hadden we er genoeg van. De eigenaren hebben verder niets van zich laten horen of enige vorm van compensatie aangeboden. Al met al teleurstellend

We can only agree with all other positive reviews! This little house is very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and complete. Absolute privacy, great terrace and lovely pool to cool off. We felt totally at home and relaxt, fully enjoyed being on our own in a lovely setting. Airco was a big plus. Communication with Patrick very easy and friendly. Bakery Ange is a 5 minutes walk via chemin du Coulet. 25 Minutes walk to city center, which is not very lively I must say. We fully recommend restaurant Arc et Ciel (15 minutes walk towards city center) and Les Heures Clairs (10 minutes max by car). In 20 minutes by car you reach the Grand beach of Fos, which is quite uncomplicated. Beach of etang du Berre was not very appealing. All in all, this little villa is a very good place to totally unwind and to explore the many highlights in the area!

Schönes modernes, gemütliches, ruhiges und sauberes Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die für uns zu jeder Zeit erreichbar waren und uns mit einem Apero begrüssten. Sauberer Pool und Innenhof der gut geschützt ist vor neugierigen Blicken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances au top

Rien à redire, très belle maison avec belle piscine, tout ce qu’il faut pour un couple avec un bébé. Propriétaire très discret mais hyper réactif, très accueillant. En plein cœur de la ville mais tellement calme et silencieux qu’on se croirait isolés. Séjour très reposant, très bien situé quand on a une voiture, tout est à proximité. On se sent vraiment chez soi le temps du séjour!

Erholender Urlaub

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung wunderbar, sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Pool konnten wir uns an den heissen Tagen abkühlen. Vor allem in Zeiten von Corona war dies sehr praktisch. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und hatten nur wenig Kontakt mit anderen Menschen. Unserer Meinung nach ist die Miete etwas teurer. Ausserdem war in der Küche leider nicht alles ganz sauber. Im Profil vom Vermieter steht, dass er viele verschiedene Sprachen beherrscht. Es stellte sich jedoch heraus, dasss er nur Französisch und ein wenig Englisch spricht.
