🏠Welcome to our charming renovated house in Plonévez-Porzay, a few steps from the beach of Sainte Anne la Palud! This house combines modern comfort and Breton charm, with 6 spacious bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a bright living room and a very large private garden perfect for relaxing. Ideal for families or groups, enjoy the proximity to the sea and the beautiful surrounding landscapes. Book your stay and discover the beauty of Brittany in this haven of peace.

🏠Ty Queff Lodge is located about 500m from the beautiful beach of Sainte Anne La Palud for peaceful family moments.

We have renovated this family home in our image in order to give off a seaside atmosphere where each choice of layout and furniture has been made as if we lived there permanently.

House features include:

🔖A large living room equipped with a dining table and on the other side the sofa area with its coffee table and smart TV.

🧘The kitchen: central room of the house, is exceptionally well equipped: fridge, freezer, induction hob, multiple storage spaces, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, kettle, pots, pans and dishwasher.

🛏️The spacious rooms:

- 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds 90/200cm.
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with a 160/200 bed & 1 90/200cm bed.
- 3 bedrooms with a 140/200cm bed.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90/200cm.

🚗A large garage equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

The VERY large garden is ideal for games of football, volleyball or other outdoor activities.

Nous souhaitons tout particulièrement souligner la gentillesse de notre hôte, qui a toujours été très réactif, disponible et a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions.La maison est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement adaptée aux groupes. L’équipement est exceptionnel. La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée et de nombreux petits détails montrent le soin apporté à l’accueil. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les nombreux jouets mis à disposition pour les enfants.Le grand jardin avec son terrain de football a été un véritable point fort pour nos enfants, qui en ont pleinement profité. Le rapport qualité-prix est également excellent.Nous recommandons cette maison de vacances sans aucune réserve et y reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans le logement de Steven et Cécile.De grands espaces aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. La cuisine est très bien équipée et des petits plus bien utiles (vélos, planche, jeux...)Une belle plage accessible à pied en quelques minutes et une belle région à découvrir !Je recommande
