Situated just across the street from The Bolles High School, less than a mile from the Epping Forest Yacht Club and a mere mile from the San Jose Country Club. Additionally, we are only a short 4-minute drive from the Jewish Community Alliance, our home is within close proximity to various stores, including Publix, Bells, LA Fitness, Tijuana Flats, and more, all just around 2 miles away

It has a very interesting mix, it's located in the historic area of Jacksonville with a fashion décor touch in the whole house. It's very spacious and very unique. It has a nice space in the Family Room with a real fireplace that can be used with wood.
