An Excellent Stay!

We stayed for the entire month of January. Karla is a wonderful host. The neighbourhood is quiet and the villa is very comfortable especially the beds. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need for making great meals. We would book again but we loved our stay at Sun' N Lakes so much we purchased a place in the neighbourhood.

sun 'n lake villa

My wife and I enjoyed our recent stay at this villa. The location was centrally located for shopping, restaurants, and golf clubs. Sun 'n Lake golf club offers 36 holes of golf, a practice range and a fine restaurant and bar. The villa was very comfortable with 3 TV"S, The bedroom's had a king and queen beds. The screen rear porch overlooked the community pool. Karla was a great host and very easy to contact during our stay. We look forward to our return in 2024!

The host was very responsive when there was trouble with the faucet in the tub. The condo needs some deep cleaning as the baseboards and trim were very dusty. The dishes had several chips and cracks. Overall the condo needs some attention, stains and cracks in the ceiling, the veranda and laundry area is run down and smelled very musty. I understand it’s Florida and it can smell musty but this was more than I’ve experienced in the past. It could be a very cute place. Again, the owner was very responsive when there was an issue and that was gratefully appreciated.

Comfortable, quiet, suitable for week or two stay.

About 3.5 of a 4.0. Landlady greeted us with anniversary gifts, and promptly corrected any problems we encountered.
