Backyard fully upgraded in August 2026: pool, hot tub, mini golf, volleyball, fire pit and a covered patio lounge, plus billiards, a retro arcade and ping pong inside. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Mesa’s Dobson Ranch sleeps 8 and comes with a pedal boat for the neighborhood lake. About 10 minutes to Sloan Park (Cubs) and 15 to Hohokam Stadium (Athletics), with ASU, Sky Harbor and Old Town Scottsdale all close by.

The kind of home you leave saying “let’s book this same place for next year”, here’s your chance to unwind at this stunning Arizona inspired getaway. Dip into the sparking pool or relax in the soothing spa. Gather around the outdoor fire pit after a game of volleyball or mini golf. Rack up the billiards for a game of pool, fire up the retro arcade or stream a movie on one of the many smart TVs for an evening in with friends and family. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the four person peddle boat for strolls on the private lake which is surrounded by miles of paved walking paths, and access to basketball and tennis courts. We really enjoyed this house. It was well furnished, the beds were comfortable, and there were so many things to do and games to play for all ages that it kept everyone busy and having fun. It was recently remodeled and updated, looks great, and was very clean. We would gladly book again the next time we’re in Phoenix.

This is the place for family and friends to gather for a great bonding experience. Open spacious floorplan, love the outdoor lighting, pet friendly!They thought if everything. Even access to the lake and pickle ball. Definitely would stay again. TJR

Great family getaway

The property was really clean and had plenty of activities to do at the house. Close to the grocery store, restaurants, and short drive to great hiking. The host was great and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

30th birthday golf weekend

We stayed here for a 5 day golf weekend celebrating me and my twin brothers 30th birthday. The house has so many activities and an unbelievable backyard. Big TVs in every room, nice bathrooms. The locations is great!Extremely happy with our stay!

Summer Vacation

Great home away from home!

We booked this home in order to attend a family party in Phoenix. Home was only 15-20min away. Very quiet neighborhood-we felt very safe. Home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Backyard was fabulous!!! Pool was too cold to enter but we had a great time with all the other amenities in the backyard.

Az competition weekend

Our family of 5 loved our stay! The kids had so much fun in the pool/spa and the game room. We took walks around the little lake. The house is clean and so cute! The location was close enough to the convention center which made it nice for our daughter’s competition. Thank you for sharing your adorable house with us!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This home was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s graduation from ASU. We were within 10-15 minutes of the airport and her apartment in Tempe. The home was spacious, very clean and had absolutely everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the lake. Torin was an outstanding host. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Family spring break

Our family of 4 stayed and enjoyed our stay. Kids ages 11 and 12. Very clean and updated home. We enjoyed the patio at night with seating area and TV to watch movies. Kids loved pool table, ping pong, basketball courts, pickle ball, and fishing.Communication process was great while we were there. Would rent again.
