Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. There are mostly gated communities in the area but we felt very safe. Neighbors are friendly. Perfect backyard for our dogs and very private. Side yard is nice to keep bikes or other gear safe in. Great dog park .4 miles and a community park with playground .2 miles. Super comfortable king bed in master suite. We never used the other 3 bedrooms so I don't know about them. Bummer there is no closet in master to hang clothes and the sun comes in the window above tub and bounces off a mirror right into bed, at least when we were there in March. Ample parking and a longer space for rv's. I REALLY wished the pool was heated, it was freezing. For 3k for 4 nights/2 people I shouldn't have had to pay $100 a night for heating. Ask about the schedule for trash and gardener/pool cleaning. They will just enter the premises with no warning or knocking. We were totally caught off guard early one morning in our private backyard right by our bedroom door by a guy cleaning the pool. I ran out in my pj's to stop the dogs from attacking him. Not good. The kitchen needs some essentials like baking sheet, etc. It was just two of us but larger families will need more dishes. The living room is AWESOME! The couches all recline and are so comfortable! The tv and sound system is very nice. Internet is super fast. The owner is very easy to communicate with and get's back with info or help immediately. He doesn't give check in instructions until noon, just fyi. Check in instructions are clear and very easy.
Check out the Vallarta grocery store! It is SO cool. They have name brands too but we enjoyed all the crazy, bizzare, fun, delicious, different Mexican foods and produce. Restaurant with bar inside and a deli with pastry/bakery area. Even a sushi bar.
All and all, everything was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.
